Unreliable app to make payments, although I’ve completed several transactions avg’ usd $200 they blocked my payment of usd $864 without informing anyone. I submitted all my verification docs, that they approved, then cancelled the payment.
I had to chase after them with multiple phone calls, to get my funds refunded.
Customer Service don’t know what’s happening & busy reading you bedtime stories from a support script.

unbelieveable. Verification stops, because I live and work in another country. Payoneer don´t accept a living address which is not in my passport-issuing country. Payoneer demands an adress in my country of origin which I don´t have or a passport from the country I live, which I don´t get and don´t want. 4 mails to Payoneer, 4 answers of people who don´t understand why this is not possible answering with randomly related statements.

Never received my payment
My company made a payment to me on 3 October 2023. I still have not received my payment. I have been in contact with numerous customer service agents and all they keep telling me is that they are investigating and will let me know once they have more information. I have submitted all the info they require to see that my company's account was debited. It's been weeks and still no resolution. I have had to make loans to pay my bills. Each and every time the agents would either give me a different story or repeat the same lame story. I am really disappointed. How can my money just disappear? I trust Payoneer with my hard-earned money and this is what happened.

After posting publicly about this, they finally replied to my email (only took 1 month to do so.) Email said that "team is working on this issue". WOW. Could not get more vague response than this.

Everyone must be aware of payoneers business practices. They will literally steal your funds if they decide to close your account.
05-30 (almost 3 months ago) I received a payment from paypal to my payoneer account and it was declined from payoneer. Funny thing is they never sent this deposit back to paypal.
It took me 2 months of chatting and emailing back and forth to finally locate the payment with them, and after hundreds of failed and broken promised deadlines to "resolve this as soon as possible" they asked for banking details where to return the payment.
I provided the details on July 24th and since then - they completely ignored me.
Emails are not answered for over 3 weeks. I can't login into payoneer account. And whats even worse I can't call them because I'm asked for customer id - which no longer exists and I can't get over to someone to get a call.
This is what will happen to your funds - be aware and close your payoneer account as soon as possible, unless you want same thing to happen. They will simply take your funds, delete all your account info (can't even get statements from them for accounting) and that's it.
This is the most shady payment company ever. Not to be trusted.

[$10.000] Payoneer froze my funds without providing me any explanation. I have reached out to them numerous times to resolve the issue, but they have consistently disregarded my requests. I even requested them to unlock my account so I could withdraw my money, and they promised to resolve it each time, but it has been two years now, and I still cannot access my funds. Isn't that considered misappropriation of assets?

Unfortunate Experience with Unauthorized Charges:
I want to bring attention to my recent experience with Payoneer, which I find concerning and frustrating. They charged me $29.95 USD for a maintenance fee after adding a card to my account without my knowledge or authorization, something I never wanted nor requested.
I firmly request that Payoneer cancel the unwanted card immediately and refund the charged amount of $29.95 USD. However, their response has been less than satisfactory, and I feel they are not taking my concerns seriously.
To provide some context, I never gave permission for a new card to be issued or for any funds transfer between cards. It is perplexing how they can force me to bear the cost of an unwanted card without my consent. This practice is simply outrageous and unacceptable.
I must mention that an individual named Ej from Payoneer provided helpful guidance and a legitimate solution, which would have avoided the situation they put me in. The incident number for this positive interaction is 230803-017255 (see attached screenshot).
However, things took a turn for the worse when another Payoneer representative, Jirrah, got involved with incident number 230803-016946, leading to the unauthorized charges and the imposition of an unwanted card.
I want to stress that Payoneer has not presented any evidence to support their claim that I accepted or requested a new card. This makes the situation even more absurd and raises serious concerns about their practices.
I cannot fathom how a reputable company can forcibly add a card to a customer's account without their consent. It is utterly unacceptable and leaves me with no choice but to warn others about my unfortunate experience.
In light of this incident, I strongly advise caution when dealing with Payoneer, as my experience suggests there might be issues with their practices. I urge others to be vigilant and to thoroughly review their transactions to avoid similar situations.

Payoneer is a robber?
Actually, I own a lot of balance on my account but payoneer team closed my account and balance without any notification and didn't tell me any reason for that.
When I tried to activate my payoneer account for balance transfer, an agent said I needed to deposit more than 1000 USD. I did so and live chat again. But another agent also said, the activation deposit limit might be different according to account and told me I needed to deposit more balance...
Is this their strategy of making money?
And whenever I did the live chat with agents, all the agents were saying they would forward my requests to relevant team and I needed to wait 24 hours again, again, again, and again. How annoying it is?
It has already taken 2 months from 1st of June but no updates from them.
Their unresponsible answer included derogatory remarks, hate speech, and personal attacks. This behavior creates a hostile environment and degrades the overall user experience within the community.
I 'm still not sure they really forwarded my requests to their team or it's just their way of working.
Is this so-called reliable payment platform that they are proud of?
I look forward to hearing about the actions taken to address it.
