My Experience/ Recommendation
I had a very good experience with your services even though I couldn't complete my set goals with your team. I do have a recommendation for your team because there are many individuals that don't have the funds to cover the cost of a membership plan even if they are given a discount rate. Like myself due too low income and other obligations in life.

Don’t get caught up it’s a racket. I had a quick look at it and never signed up but they took my money. I never had the app but they would not give me my money back. After 1 month I had paid over £70 so asked for a link to look at the app seeing that I had paid for it. I’m 79 and I would never have signed up for something like this. What a scam !

No tienes opción a elegir si quieres pagarlo mensualmente o no, y ya no solo con eso sino que si te toca una renovación de gran cantidad de dinero no te creas que te avisan por email de que tu periodo de renovación TRIMESTRAL comienza. Tampoco te especifican exactamente qué cantidad vas a pagar, simplemente te cobran el cargo y, si intentas reclamar, se excusan en que 'aceptas la renovación automática', pero lo mismo que sale en sus términos y condiciones de derecho a desistimiento durante los primeros 14 días no lo aplican.
En mi caso han sido 77 euros de los cuales no quieren devolverme. La solución que te dan es, devolver, si eso, la mitad del dinero (para seguir saliendo beneficiados de sus prácticas taaaan éticas) y e-books gratis (que puedo buscarme yo por internet).
Todos los servicios con renovaciones de suscripción automática te avisan de la subida de precios, independientemente de si tu primer pago fue por una promoción como si no.

Inaccurate Food Calorie Logging
I had been using cronometer to track my calorie intake before finding MyBody. It looked like an awesome alternative with a meal plan specifically made for someone with PCOS.
When I started to track my food I realised very quickly that the calories are very inaccurate. It said that 250mLs of whole milk was 375kcal - cronometer (which is well known as an accurate app to use) was telling me that the same amount of whole milk was 150kcal. That's a difference of over 200kcals!!
MyBody have thankfully given me a full refund after a bit of back and forth but I just wanted to warn others out there!
