So simple getting started with the My Body App. Just diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and needing support to get started on my journey to healthier and more balanced eating.

I like that this app is so comprehensive. It allows me to input my personal data points throughout the day so I get real time evaluation opportunities that keep me focussed on how each of my decisions impact my health. As a newly diagnosed diabetic this is really helpful.

It's fun, as well as a useful discipline. It took time to navigate ar first. Being so American made it confusing at times for a Brit.

Come ho potuto riscontrare in altre recensioni, mi sono ahime imbattuta in questo abbonamento e ancora non ho capito come ho fatto.... Non uno, bensì due, anche gli esercizi ed è una cosa a dir poco buffa visto che mio marito è PT!
Ora c ho messo un intera serata, dopo che sono arrivati gli addebiti tramite il mio PayPal, a capire chi fossero queste persone a cui mi sono "legata", quale app c era dietro e se avessi o meno un account... Dopo vari tentativi ho provato ad entrare nell'App con quelle che oggi sono le mie vecchie credenziali di pagamento PayPal.... Udite udite erano le stesse!!! Altra cosa stra buffa visto che ovviamente uso quella mail e quella password solo per pagare con PayPal e quindi MAI le avrei utilizzate x un'altra app...
Ho immediatamente cambiato la password di PayPal, ho richiesto bonariamente un rimborso spiegando via mail che MAI avevo utilizzato l app (non ne sapevo minimamente l esistenza!) e mi hanno rimborsato un addebito si è uno no.... Forse avrei dovuto dire che andrò dai carabinieri a segnalare tutta questa faccenda... Intanto l ho segnalata a PayPal

I have enjoyed all of the meals the workouts and information that has been provided. I like the reminders and the diary to keep everything together.

Added bonus I have lost a few pounds the first week.

15 jours sur le site, moins 5kg. Alors pas de magie mais 1 alimentation proposée qui tiens compte de l âge et offre des possibilités de personnalisation des repas ( scan très pratique pour plat acheté). Bon faut se bouger aussi ! J aime bien le cumul à droite des curseurs des calories dépensées ça permet de bouger avant ou après 1 écart éventuel. Pas de sensation de faim ai pris l option 3 repas 2 collations mais vous décidez du nombre de repas voulu.

Today is the third day and I can say and feel how easy and beautifully I slept and wakes up with fresh energy.

The menu was to repetitive, hence becoming very boring .
Pork, beans, rice or chicken, pasta , Broccoli?

It was interesting and molded to me. It had too many add ons.

I got what I think I will use and did not feel pressure

It has helped me to count calories and monitor my weight

Easy so far! Giving Hope and im going to recomend to a friend !

signed me up for a subscription...I had no idea how that happened as i pay close attention.
they would not refund my money, nor acknowledge their deceptive practice.
please do not deal with these people

in answer to your reply...how can i cancel something i never signed up for in the first place. i cant cancel a subscription i'm not aware of. its a deceptive business practise.

I like that the plan gives you a menu with ingredients and the recipe too. The ingredients are typically easy to find in the store and not so expensive that it breaks the bank. Many of the spices and herbs you already have in your pantry.

The promotional materials do not make it clear that the use of a cell phone app is the interface with the tool. I do not want to be struggling with a cell phone app for this information and recommendation product. I'd prefer my 32 inch computer desktop monitor.

I never downloaded the app. I did not have a login to Klinio. It repeatedly failed to allow any password reset. Responses from MyBody staff are overnight - - not in real time.

To their credit, the MyBody staff/team has cancelled the subscription and made a refund. Once I explained a second time the issues I was having and that I did not have appear to have an account that could be cancelled, the MyBody staff fixed the issue. It is now resolved. Thank you. This was a frustrating experience that has been satisfactorily resolved.

Not interested in a smartphone app. Promotional materials not clear that all information is phone app based.

Disgusted with inability to cancel subscription. There is no try free before you buy. Despite what they claim. Both MyBody.Health and Klinio.Com subscriptions failed to cancel subscription. Cancellation must be done via Klinio which is nonresponsive and demands information not known to the person cancelling.

Calling credit card issuer to report fraud/scam since unable to get MyBody/Klino to actually respond in a timely manner. 24-hour response time not atypical if at all.

This program is really special because it is so flexible. It gives suggestions to daily meals but I have choices as to what I like and what I have in the house. I can also swap ingredients in recipes. Do not have iceberg lettuce…… there is a list of alternatives and amounts. Plus there is lots of information and chances to ask questions. Best program ever. I am down 6 pounds in just over one week . No cheating, follow it exactly, weigh and measure your foods or you are defeating the program. Highly recommend.

Directions aren’t clear. I’m not sure of next steps. Hoping for more customer service.

Being confused about plan subscriptions, I inadvertently signed up for a subscription to MyBody MyHealth. It took a while for me to figure out what was happening and for the support workers to as well. They definitely came through in the end and were gracious and understanding. The situation was resolved to my satisfaction. Canadians be aware there is no rule in the US for informed consent on subscription renewal, so the onus is on you to monitor this.
