I bought a vacuum robot via wowcher. It looked different (had Jallen Gabor written on it, looked like it bar the light that’s meant to be on the left, so it’s a cheap Chinese knock off). Charged it as per instructions, it does not switch on.
AVOID!!!

I ordered perfume in Nov it hasn't arrived I've contacted wowcher I've emailed direct to this company and I feel they are not interested they don't respond to my emails .

Bought E88 4K drone via Wowcher - received a different, non functioning drone. Won't even turn on. Product had been opened and unwrapped prior to shipping. Visible usage marks upon further inspection.

Cant find a clear way to activate the returns process, if any. Daylight robbery.

Update - still awaiting response from seller, one month later.

Still waiting for an item which was due on 15th December. Trying to get a response from them is ridiculous. Do not use.

Great customer service. They were very patient with me. So far so good. I haven't used the product yet but when I do I'll come back with an update.

I have purchased 2 x DARK BROWN: An electric ultrasonic humidifier and oil diffuser from MBLogic (was £29.99) . Unfortunately, they didn't last long, it's better to invest more and the really good quality diffusers and then to be sure that it will last much longer than a week or two. I have purchased 2 of them through the Livingsocial - I am sorry, but the quality is really bad same as a paper cup for the takeaway coffee. Tried to safe some money, but unluckily . They have offered the refund but for the items only, delivery would NOT be included so I refused it. I had to pay almost £6 for the delivery and then would pay for the return postage, which probably will cost me the same as I have paid for the discounted items. Really wanted the diffuser but now I am very disappointed.

These Doorbell video seem really useful. So I ordered one through the internet from OnBuy.com.
I paid on Credit card though it somehow involved Paypal for the transaction.
The doorbell arrived with no batteries or charging cable.
So as Onbuy suggest I contact the retailer MyBrandLogic although the card statement says money taken by JINGJIJISHU. they replied saying batteries not included though the advert clearly shows batteries included as does the product description. I sent photos. they say they will amend the add and would I take £7 to buy batteries elsewhere. I HAVE REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS, but do they have jurisdiction over companies in China.
Can I buy the batteries for £7 will the doorbell work.

Looks like a price on the website for the batteries is nearly £25. So looking closer. description on box they sent doesn't match the add. Doorbell does but the certification sticker is crossed out soobviously a reject in my opinion. The box they sent says Green wind Distribution. box picture doesn't match product. However OnBuy although informed that this is likely a scam continue to advertise same picture and product description but seller now says XAJ.

I bought a pair of trainers and these were a couple of days late arriving, so I emailed them and got a very quick response, then the item arrived and this late arrival was due to deliverers and not to the company. Would use again.

I purchased a pair of My Brand Logic wireless earbuds via the Wowcher app on my phone. The earbuds arrived pretty much dead on the delivery date. Unfortunately there was a fault with the pair that arrived, however when I contacted mybrandlogic.com and explained the situation they were very, very quick to act and the customer service was second to none and was above what I would normally only expect when ordering from an American company. They didn't even want to wait for me to return the faulty item, they simply sent out a new pair as a replacement immediately. They were extremely apologetic and courteous and professional throughout and would not have any issue with both purchasing from them again or recommending them to my friends and colleagues (which I have now done off the back of the first rate treatment I received).

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I don't often write reviews for people because it's not often I encounter services that exceed normal practises by such a significant amount, but this is one case where I feel compelled to report on my positive experience.

A definite five star review is deserved.

Brought a WiFi door bell 3 weeks ago nothing’s arrived to then email them to ask were my product is to be told if out of stock yet online says it in stock!
I’ve had no contact from them to say it out of stock or no refund
Poor services from them
If I hadn’t of contacted them I would of not got my money back!!

Bought a soap dispencer which I was disappointed with. Its cheap and flimsy and broke before I put it on the wall.
However I got e mail to say I had received my product when I had not. Got on to customer service and they were promot to reply. Very helpful customer service. Shame about the product.
