my smartwatch came and wouldnt work.
it took a few days to hear back but i was offered a replacement or refund
the agent on email was apologetic and helpful
so I am grateful for that

I was not really happy with the item I purchased and their Customer Service Team dealt with me quickly and efficiently and to me this is always a big factor in why I would reccomend a company

In all my experience has been really good, items came quickly, one item was faulty but as soon as I got in touch this issue was resolved very quickly and a replacement sent out, thankyou . I would def shop again with you. With reguards L. Dougherty

Very helpful with refunds for Xmas deliveries that went missing with a courier, but also with a watch that was much too small and provided a return docket without any hesitation!

Their customer service is absolutely excellent, very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this company. It can be hard to shop online especially if you need that communication, but they are so quick at replying to emails and always very helpful.

Ordered a Christmas pressie but it didn't arrive before Christmas . When I emailed them on the 19th December 2019 they replied confirming that they would put another in the post. It arrived by the 31st December 2019. You get hiccups ordering online but I can honestly say they corrected the problem very quickly.

Bought a product in November with estimated delivery of 12/12/19 - this is a Christmas present it’s now the 23rd of December no product no reply from them to give me an eta .... really not happy! Will be expecting a full refund when they are back in the office after new year.

I got a watch and when delivered it was broke. Got on to the company & next day they emailed back & said they will give full refund or replacement. So after sales service is excellent

i bought a watch ,and when it was delivered i found it to be faulty , i got in touch with MYBRANDLOGIC and the next day they emailed me to tell me they would repay in full the cosy of the watch and the postage , can't fault them !!

My issue with faulty Earbuds was rectified without any question and no hassles. A new pair were sent to me straight away.

Very keen to settle problems. Had a problem with my ear buds not connecting to each other. Offered a refund or replacement. Still waiting for them to arrive.

I made a mistake, and duplicated an order for my grandson's present (after my daughter had already ordered).

I could see from the rules set out by Wowcher, that I was not due a refund, but thought I would ask directly of Mybrandlogic. And they were perfect, understanding my mistake, not pointing any finger of blame, and going out of their way to help me. And all this within 48 hours.

An example of brilliant customer service about listening and understanding their customer.

I orded some bluetooth earphones from my brand logic and although the audio quality from one earbud i was very impressed with the other seemed to be faulty as no audio played back so i contacted customer service and they handled my case with such professionalism it was supuberb honestly couldnt be improved i will deffiently be buying from mybrandlogic again!!

I ordered a Robot floor cleaner for me it did not do what it said on the box , so I contacted customer services saying I was returning this item, In a very business work manor they have dealt with my situation to a satisfactory conclusion, I now have full confidence to continue buying from Mybrandlogic. I ordered boots which are very good quality, however I needed the next size up, once I contacted the seller they were very helpful would recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered an alexa compatible extension lead but unfortunately it never arrived. Mybrandlogic dealt with my issue immediately and after they tried to locate my order but couldnt find it they offered me a full refund. The customer service was great. I would fully recommend them.
