I am a current customer with my canada payday. I referred my boyfriend to them and he makes $1000 after taxes weekly. So $4000 a month NET pay. He had a couple sick days for his last pay so it was a bit lower but even with that he still makes more than enough to pay back a $200 loan. Anyway we were told to send in 6 months of transaction history. You can only download two months and you have to convert it from excel to pdf. We then had to screenshot the additional 4 months of transactions which took 50 screenshots. Anyway it took them 5 hours to review only for them to deny him because his pay is "too low". Which they could've told us in the first half hour as that was on the first attachment we sent. His last pay was 600 for one week I make the same on EI and I got approved. We wasted so much time and effort for them to take 5 hours only to deny us when they could have told him right away so we could have went with a different company. Also, other companies only request 60 days of bank statements. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Approval process was fast! Great customer service and they gave me a loan when many others denied me.

Very, very unreliable with moody customer service reps. Even if I borrowed small amounts under $175.00 from this company and paid it back in time or having it deducted from my account, it is a hassle and waste of time to deal with these guys.

Take your business elsewhere, where you are appreciated as a customer and treated as such, by this garbage company. They are worse than the bank to give you a small loan, to help you till your next payday comes. I wonder, how do they stay in business or how long they will manage to stay afloat, make a profit, pay for their store and staff, if everybody even with a good income, is getting declined. After being told verbally, that you are approved. Here you are, waiting for the money, when after 2 hours of hassling and 5 phone calls, you receive an email denying you, 1* for the in existent help and attitude.

I have used My Canada Payday Loan on several occasions in the past. They are fast friendly people eager to help you. They will tell you either way if you got the loan. Their rates are good and flexible when in need. Even in toughest times they come through.
