Always helpful and quick processing.

The bank verification process is just as frustrating as it was a year ago. I was in a location with touchy wifi, not allowing me to be able to go about my day while working through the bank verification issues. In addition, tele access was only by the house phone - away from the WIFI access location. I spent close to 3 hrs continuing to retry verification process. This included time spent attempting verification in variety of browsers, searching for chat help, dealing with my banks 2 step verification with the limitation of not leaving the verification page to give the bank consent etc etc. Finally, I did get through on phone and was served appropriately (other than constant verification issues, service has typically been positive/pleasant).
At one point I traveled into town and while answering emails from the agent regarding next pay days, I asked her to call me, as it so happened, town had crap wifi but great cell service. I was frustrated that she would not call me and continued to email despite fact I was receiving unregularly and unable to confirm my replies were received.

To sum up - need to get new system for verification (I have used in various other services without constant issues) and a bit more ease for back and forth communication with one agent would be great.

that all said, I have always been pleased with the other areas when using my canada pay day and will continue to use them and recommend.
