Everything was so easy. I was able to call the team in the morning and have my tyres changed by the afternoon! The team was friendly and professional.

When I dropped my vehicle off, I was told to come back at 6pm to collect it. At around 5:25pm, a different staff member called to ask if I was collecting my car as they were closing at 5:30pm. Luckily I don't live too far away from the store but I still had to then sprint down the road to get back there on time. I don't understand why the first staff member gave me a pick up time 30 minutes after closing time.

Genuinely the friendliest mechanics / workers I’ve had. Really comfortable and genuine experience. At other services/by other workers, I’ve been verbally judged for not getting my car serviced yearly, rather than what i experienced here which was an person-to-person understanding that mechanics cost a lot, and it’s hard, but it’s okay. The workers helped me feel less anxious and I appreciate their genuineness!

They are friendly and knowledgable which is great.
They seem to be very understaffed. They tell you a time your car will be ready and I had to wait 45 minutes past the agreed time (They had 6 hours to work in my car). I understand things happen - but at least they should call their customer to let them know they are running late so we dont waste our time.
The car wasn't even ready - had to bring it back next day as the wheels alignment wasn't successful and they forgot to replace the wipers. Brought it the next day and agreed on a pick up time - which they again made me wait 30 minutes.
They apologised both times for making me wait, but if they had seen my car in a more timely manner on day 1, they wouldve been able to do the wheel alignment successfully, and also replace the wipers. Or call me to let me know the car wont be ready until later instead of making me waste extra 4 hours between travelling times and waiting times - no compensation offered.

They made a mistake with my booking a woman rang up and basically abused me for not being there. She then told me they couldn’t fit me in for months.
I checked, it was their mistake.
I turned up at the correct time on the correct day and they did the work. No one apologized, the guy was nice and they were efficient. But that woman should not be allowed to deal with the public ever again!

The staff were super helpful, even when all the systems were down from the Crowdstrike thing they were calm and reassuring. I also liked that this centre had females working there - good to see diversity.

The staff are efficient and helpful and the service was well done.

I recently had my tyre replaced at MyCar Windsor. While the tyre service itself was satisfactory, I was extremely disappointed to discover that my glove box had been accessed without my permission when I picked up my car and my belongings left dirty due to a staff member deciding to handle them. This invasion of privacy left me feeling uneasy about the handling of my vehicle and the respect MyCar shows to its customers. I would appreciate an explanation as to why my glovebox was accessed and belongings handled (and dirtied), and I hope that MyCar Windsor can improve their respect for customer property in the future.

Chaos. No follow through

Service was expensive and rather than fix issues while the car was there I went to pick it up and was told I would need to bring it back with a list of items that need to be done. Now I’m inconvenienced by having to take it back. Company used to be great, used them for 20 years but since breaking away from Kmart and rebranding has become dodgy

After an initial unpleasant delay during the booked visit, the customer service during the second visit was much better and resulted in a very quick fix.
