I rarely write reviews.
Have been using My Car Windsor for about 16 years. The mechanics really go the extra mile.
I was sorry to hear Kenny had moved to another branch and wish him well.
The new manager Mo was exceptional. I recently bought a later model low km car and was pleased that Mo took the time to acknowledge my purchase was sound. He showed genuine interest and gave an honest appraisal. Perfect!
Car model purchased was based on advice from skilled mechanics suggestions as I have asked when I have had the pleasure to meet them over time at My Car.

Each mechanic and Mo have always, even when busy taken time to assist and advise.
I had one day in Melbourne, and booking was simple, service completed and had wheel alignment, new wiper blades replaced after a phone prompt call after dropping off the car suggesting this was worth considering.

Had a RACV tow to My Car Windsor as car was struggling to accelerate to 80 kms. Something to do with the ignition. Problem was resolved.

So beyond grateful for the service I was provided. I had already purchased 4 new tyres in April and just last week went through a very big pothole. Which flattened one tyre. I called mycar Windsor and was asking about the tyres that were taken off my car and if I could get one of my old ones back. I was pretty upset at the thought of paying for another tyre as I am on maternity leave with a new baby. The girl I spoke to (Ruby) was sooooo sweet and let me know that my tyres were under warranty for 12 months and to bring the car in and they’d either fix the tyre or give me a new one. I was in tears. I was so beyond stressed about the situation and Ruby calmed me right down. When I went in a gentleman named Mo helped us and was so great aswell. Such a genuine and friendly guy. When my car was ready to be taken I jumped in to find a block of chocolate and a note telling me I was doing amazing from Ruby and the team at Mycar. I bawled my eyes out. As a new mum it’s hard enough emotionally when nothing is going wrong. But when this happened it threw me for a loop. Thank you so much to Ruby for your thoughtfulness and beautiful heart. I will never forget it. Xx

I have paid to get my car fixed from overheating. It has been in your Windsor store 3 times and after driving the car out of your store the whole radiator blew up 10ks down the road.

They tell me the store has changed hands. But this seems all a little too convenient.

The service has been disgusting and I will tell everyone I know never to use your service.

This is bordering on a complaint to VCAT.
