Had a RACV tow to My Car Windsor as car was struggling to accelerate to 80 kms. Something to do with the ignition. Problem was resolved.

Mycar Windsor were fantastic
Mycar Windsor were fantastic - I went in with a couple of tyre issues and they took care of it on the spot even though they were very busy with other cars in the bays. They fixed the problem on the spot and within 30 minutes I was on my way. They couldn't do enough for me.

Super Friendly Staff and Great Pricing
I have been taking my car for servicing and repairs to MyCar Windsor for years because I trust the staff and am happy with the pricing. The staff are super friendly and honest and go the extra mile to make customers feel like they are important. I won’t take my car anywhere else because I know it’s in good hands at MyCar Windsor.

Work was done on time
Work was done on time. Very good mechanic not 100% sure of his name but i thinks his name is Gunjan (sorry if i got it worng) person with a smile and work completed earlier than i expected

Reliable and honest
Reliable and honest staff Kenny does a lot to help out and his staff are honest and hard working. I would give 5 stars but I can't start the ceiling to high.

Always looking out for their customers
I had no clue my tyres didn’t have much tread left on them so Kenny informed me, I booked them to be changed as soon as I could afford and they fit me in quickly. The tyres look great and the drive is so much smoother. Thanks for looking out for me!

Communication was not satisfactory. Getting through to a consultant via the phone was near impossible.

…Slashed tyre
My daughter had hit a gutter on the front left side of her car slashing a hole requiring a new tyre on Saturday morning I took the car to Tyre & Auto Winsdor Vic the mechanic had a look and said he could get a new tyre and would be ready for pick up in the afternoon he was true to his word really happy with the service
