Prompt and friendly service

These guys are scammers. I went there and was told verbally and stated on my invoice “front and rear brakes were metal to metal”. “The tyres and battery had to be replaced”. We chose to get another opinion. The opinion was they were scammers. They never took the wheels off to check the pads. Pads were fine for at least 1 to 2 years. Tyres are not even 50% worn. Be careful of these scammers.

Prompt communication, transparent about what was being done. Sought approval for additional work (which was absolutely necessary - no upselling).

My complaint is with My Car Windsor. I acknowledge human error, but I don't think that this should have happened in the first place. A belt was replaced and not put on right, and it snapped the next morning while driving my daughter to school - I had no idea what was happening.
I got a tow, and the boys at Brunswick sorted me out within a few hours, but I couldn't go to work, lost money, of which was not offered any compensation, and no direct apology from who ever put the first belt on. Lucky my steering was electric, is all I can say.

Needing to replace a flat tyre, I was able to book the day and time easily on-line, including a wheel alignment, and found the service to be most efficient and friendly. I was notified as soon as my car was ready for pick-up well within my nominated time and I am very appreciative of all.

The staffs at the Chapel street my car are good and quick. They have always helped me.

Staff member behind the counter has poor people skills, and despite me ordering a tyre in, I had to call one full week later to check it. Then the systems were down (which happens) and I requested a callback to confirm the tyre, and heard nothing for 48 hours. Called again to confirm and finally got it done. Customer service is poor, staff are rude and what you’re paying for the experience is very overpriced. Will not be returning to this location and made me feel overwhelmingly unwelcome.
