My tyre picked up a metal spike very close to the MyCar service centre on Chapel St. I was assisted straight away and, although staff were very busy trying to finish jobs for other motorists on a Friday afternoon, I wasn't turned away. My tyre was repaired as soon as a staff member was available.

Booked my car in for a service on 25th September. Told them there was a problem with air cooler. Never called me back. Rang a week later, told they couldn't fix it and they had to send it to another store to get fixed. They never called back. Rang today 8 weeks later, to get an update. They now tell me I need to take it to a dealer. Absolutely hopeless.

I had originally bought 4 new tyres. I got a phone call from the technician who told me that 2 of my tires were still good. He rotated those 2 and put on 2 new. I was refunded 2 tyres, which was back in my account the same day. This saved me $370.

Blown brake light globe. Pulled into MyCar Windsor and the helpful Manager, Kenny arranged for it to be immediately replaced. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road in a roadworthy car.

The staff at the Windsor store we absolutely amazing! They were very helpful and very friendly!

The team is always quick to resolve issues like an unexpected tyre puncture. They provide good advice and are very helpful in getting me on the road again.
Just wish I had the car serviced before I got the brand new tyre, as it turned out my older car was not repairable and the wreckers got a great deal on that new tyre!

Always friendly and genuine. They don’t try to sell you half a zoo when u only want one thing :) going there for years with both cars! Great service!

Great service. Team were able to assess and repair the tyre puncture overnight. Answered queries, competitive prices, did followup call, with ability to take in the car despite no booking.

It seemed overpriced for virtually no work done.

The invoice also appeared to be inaccurate. One point mentioned that windshield wiper additive was added, but it’s just water — there’s no additive. Additionally, the warning light on my dashboard indicating low coolant was on before the service, and it’s still on and low afterward.

Overall, I feel like I’ve been ripped off and received a very half-hearted service for a considerable amount of money. I will not be returning.

There was a lack of customer care.
I had to call and ask when my car would be ready because I didn’t get an update or sms as told. I arrived 4hours later than I was told it would be ready only to walk in and see my car was only just being worked on. I had to wait there until the job was finished. No one even said anything to me. They all just avoided me until the job was done. Not even an acknowledgement.
Will most definitely not be returning
