I am extremely happy with the service I received from the guys at Charnwood mycar Tyre & Auto. The Manager was very helpful in describing what I needed to have done, there was no “you’ll need to spend thousands” attitude, he went through the service product and kept expectations at the right level. I would thoroughly recommend this centre to anyone seeking a great for value service on their car. With all of this the Manager was Great. The premises was also very clean, normally a sign of mechanics who take pride in their work and their environment.

Easy to book in on day I needed. Early call to advise of works required and proceeded only after I approved. Necessary items- always feel get quality care and car ready for pick up. Good updates.

Tyres purchased and changed from Jye great customer service on time pleasant to deal with explained all aspects of the tyres good pricing will continue to use them. Follow up phone call to ensure everything was well. Extremely happy with the service good job

Had a RACV tow to My Car Windsor as car was struggling to accelerate to 80 kms. Something to do with the ignition. Problem was resolved.

Because my car in foresthill gave us prompt service, the mechanic worked on our car knew exactly what was the problem.

Completed in a timely manner and for a reasonable price (was quoted elsewhere for a higher log book service). They advised that there was something further that needed to be l completed on my car and referred me to a company who can assist me.
The booking process was good also, as I could see the price straight away with no hidden fees. Staff were super friendly also.

Friendly staff who explain what needs to be fixed and give options to choose from without the pressure of upselling. Very reliable and I know my car will be running smooth until the next scheduled service.
