The on line booking process was easy to use. They had great customer service. They did not carry out extra work without calling me first. They explained other things my car needs to have done.

Service is pretty average
Service is pretty average, nothing really standing out. The complimentary roadside assistance is a bloody scam! I had a flat today 21/6, and was on hold for 1.5hours, never got through to them!
