Fantastic Financing, Disappointing Attitude
Quick service regarding the financing side, along with great APR rates, was offered to me. However, the three stars are due to Sophie's attitude. She was lovely and assertive to begin with, however when she tried to push the warranty on me and i advised i didnt want it, she became withdrawn, attitude changed and really not bothered with the service. It became more of a hi-and-bye. Nothing in between.

Useless incompetent customer service
Useless incompetent customer service. Chris Pressured me into putting a deposit down for a car to which the dealership agreed. When collecting the car I couldn’t get hold of Chris the whole day and had to go home empty handed after spending hundreds on trains
