I relocated to London for work, and Connectivity made it incrediblu quick and easy for me to access and set up high speed internet in my flat. Within 24 hours, my new modem was shipped to me, and I was up and running. I would highly recommend Connectivity...
I got this broadband as part of a home connection provider, and it's hard to conclude that it's not a scam. Almost double the price for the same or lower guaranteed speeds.
Didn't shop around, as I had lots going on moving, and didn't really know what prices to expect for broadband having come from overseas.

I recently got my broadband connection from Connectivity, and I’m genuinely impressed with the entire experience so far.
The router was delivered super quickly – just 2 days after placing the order, which was a just amazing!
The setup process was incredibly straightforward: true plug-and-play simplicity. I literally unboxed the router, slot in the pre-registered, connected the cable to the power outlet, powered it on, and within no time I was online with fast, stable connectivity.
No complicated apps, no endless configuration steps – just easy and hassle-free.
I’ve now been using the service for the past week, and the connection has been rock-solid. Consistent speeds, no random dropouts, and it handles streaming, video calls, downloads, and multiple devices without any issues. It’s exactly what I was hoping for – reliable high-speed internet that just works.
If you’re looking for an ISP that delivers on promises with quick delivery, dead-simple installation, and genuinely good performance, this one is a winner. Very happy customer here!
We signed up to Connectivity after Sky messed us around during a home move and we needed internet asap. I couldn't believe how fast it was in south east London, averaging around 300mbs around the house consistently - 4x faster than sky could give me anyway!

I’ve been using Connectivity as my internet service provider in London for the past three years, and the experience has been excellent. The connection has been consistently fast and reliable, with virtually no downtime. Customer support is responsive and helpful whenever needed. Overall, a trustworthy provider that delivers exactly what it promised.

When I needed urgent broadband connection 2 years back, Connectivity was quick to provide this and from last 2 years I had a fantastic experience with them. Special call-out to Bryn their connectivity manager who have always been quick to respond on any queries. You are a star.

You think they would support you during a stressful time - wrong they use that you do not have time to compare.
I am stuck now with a ridiculous price for my internet provider from connectivity. I could have the same conditions with three with half the price. But when I had the call with connectivity they convinced me, that is the only internet available in my area - I pay now £45 (connectivity) instead of £21 (three) - and carful you do not have 30 days to cancel but only 14 days - a trap I tapped into.
Furthermore, I am currently stuck with paying more for my council tax - even though during the phone call I told them I am single and it was confirmed that the lower rate will apply for me - the surprise came in my mailbox - council tax to the full price - I called the local council tax office - it was not mentioned that I am single in the application - changes are taking quite long and until then I have to pay the full amount - thanks to connectivity I am paying already the second months the full amount instead of the discounted prices.
Really, I should have done all by myself instead of trusting such a company, that would have saved me time and a lots of money.

Internet barely work. I can’t take video calls from home because of how slow their internet is, despite paying for high speed. The service won’t reach the entire flat and it’s 35 sq meters. Actually ridiculous how much I am paying for half working service & there is no one to properly complain to. I would cancel my service if it wasn’t for the fact that they force you to sign a contract.

I used to have a Virgin router which wouldn't reach through the walls which was a big issue to work from home! When I changed for a connectivity router, I never had the issue again!
The customer service here is top-notch - it is repeatedly the best customer service experience I've had in London. Bryn and the team has always gone above and beyond for good outcomes and the best solutions possible. Highly recommended!
