сегодня на испытании хостинг "SpaceCore" реселлер Hetzer. Ничего хорошего ждать не стоит, и нести сюда валюту не рекомендую, до оплаты вам не где не высветиться "KYC" после оплаты будет трубить отовсюду)) Поддержка обидчивая, за пару бранных слов, он обиделся и убежал с чата, бедняжка (мне его жаль (нет, хахаха. Видимо ежедневно сталкивается с агрессией)). После оплаты, вам придет письмо на KYC на 24ч, потом откат как я понимаю. Деньги не вернут до верификации. Кстати. я оплачивал с РФ карты. а ссылка на верификацию не поддерживают РФ граждан. Там просто нет РФ поля)) Оплату примут верифку не пройдете. Кароче + 1 шарашкина конторка.
Вкушая что напишут у нас оферта а-а-а-а. (Вы на приколе? не кто не будет читать 20 страниц вашего мусора явно указывайте об этом капсом. Вы же после оплаты и на почту и баннер вешаете, так и до оплаты сделайте)

Payment accepted, service delayed, refund blocked behind KYC
I initially registered an account with this service in mid-2025 to explore their offerings and potentially purchase a VPS, but at that time I decided not to proceed.
This week, I went ahead and purchased a VPS. After waiting approximately two days for activation, I received an automated ticket stating that I must complete KYC verification by submitting a government-issued ID. Only after this unexpected requirement was introduced did support inform me that a refund would not be possible unless I completed the KYC process.
This approach raises serious concerns. Requiring identity verification after accepting payment — and effectively withholding refunds until personal documents are provided — is highly questionable and undermines trust. Such policies should be clearly communicated upfront, not imposed retroactively.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider the implications of these practices before making a purchase.

Оплата прошла, но нет кода доступа который должен прийти почтой, на запрос помощи нет ответа 5 часов " обращение рассматривается" думается 5 часов это долго.

Я оплатил услугу хостинга через PayPal (гостевой платеж) и столкнулся с серьёзной проблемой. Мой аккаунт был блокирован без объяснения причин, доступ к серверу полностью потерян, а поддержка не отвечает.
Факты:
Аккаунт деактивирован с формулировкой «вопросы относительно предоставленной информации» — без конкретики.
Все оплаченные продукты и заказы отменены.
Нет возможности получить бэкап или управлять сервером.
Поддержка игнорирует обращения, email не мониторится, кнопки спора через PayPal для гостевых платежей отсутствуют.
Вывод:
Услуга не предоставлена после оплаты.
Отсутствие нормальной поддержки делает работу с сервисом крайне рискованной.
Если хотите использовать SpaceCore — будьте готовы к потере доступа к серверу без предупреждения и сложностям с возвратом средств.
Рекомендация: осторожно, особенно при гостевых платежах и без резервных копий.
