Cheap prices - KYC trap
The service as is is great. Support is excellent and always replies in time. No complaints to the Spacecore staff - you did a great job. Periodic downtimes and connectivity issues were tolerable because of cheap pricing and heztner service quality (this company is a reseller). But the business strategy is intolerable and the owner deserves 1 star for deceiving their customers.
As for recently this service has started to require KYC, locking their existing customers from accessing functionality unless you give your actual face to a 3rd party KYC company. Mind you, while Spacecore Solution LTD. is registered in UK, the actual owner is located in Canada and as such European law does not work on him.
In their telegram page owner argues "KYC is widespread and it is pointless to hide anyways". Avoid at all costs unless you don't care about your privacy.

Problem with server hardware.
There were problems with the server. The service department helped solve them. I figured out that the problem was with the hardware. They resolved the issue with the service provider and restored the server themselves. Thanks to them for helping solve the problem.

Disappointed by unexpected KYC requirement and NO refund policy
I purchased a dedicated server (Auction #334303, AMD Ryzen 9 5950X) for blockchain data indexing. The platform allowed me to top up my balance and place the order without requesting KYC at any point during the process.
After some time, the server was suspended due to what appears to have been a false-positive netscan detection. I cooperated fully and offered to stop the indexing activity to resolve the issue.
Instead of restoring access, I was informed that completing KYC was now mandatory. When I respectfully declined due to privacy concerns, I was denied both the service and a refund of my remaining €83 balance.
While I understand that platforms may have KYC policies, I believe such requirements should be clearly communicated before accepting payment. Retroactively enforcing KYC and withholding funds without prior notice does not feel fair or transparent.
I hope the company reconsiders how it communicates these policies and handles such cases going forward.

Whenever our monitoring flags a potential policy violation (in your case, a false-positive network-scan alert), we must pause the activity first and help the client address the root cause. This protects both you and our other customers.
The next step is to confirm that the rightful account owner is still in control. A one-time Know-Your-Customer (KYC) check lets us rule out account compromise. The process is quick, handled on an encrypted third-party platform, and strictly limited in scope:
Your documents are stored separately in a secure vault.
Our support agents cannot view them directly.
The data is used solely to verify identity and is never shared with unaffiliated parties.
KYC has become standard across hosting and cloud providers. It helps ensure that legitimate customers receive uninterrupted service while reducing fraud-related chargebacks or blocks. Most users complete verification in a few minutes and move on with peace of mind.
