One of the worst companies I’ve ever…
One of the worst companies I’ve ever experienced. I bought an anti snoring device around 6 months ago! It moved in the night and scorched my neck!! I sent photos in to My Cosmetic, they initially responded but nothing since! Never asked how the wound was healing and never offered a refund!!

I have paid for my product and not received it, not even a reply after my emails. I thought they were in London as the address states they are. Just read one review to say they are based in China. Obviously it looks like a scam.

An update on my previous review and most of it stands apart from, worried no longer because my parcel of 3 bras arrived and they are great. So despite zero customer support, I would buy from them again.

This company appears to be London based so why do you have to pay over the odds to return a purchase to China? The UK return address is on the front of the parcel. Of course, in China, the returns go to a local PO. If not collected, no refund paid. While engaging politely with customers, really the Co are exercising sharp practice. Very unhappy. Avoid this company. If you do get a refund, you will have climbed through so many impossible hoops.You must have time on your hands. A disgrace.

This company is run by criminals. My wife ordered a bra set. They sent the wrong size. Could not be contacted on the phone. Their return process was made as difficult as possible. Had to send a photo and copy of Post Office tracking receipt that cost £17 to send to China. After three weeks the item is still to be signed for and probably never will.
