My experience of mycruise was a helpful and friendly agent who took me through the stages of my booking and made it easy. He told me to ring him if I had any query, which I did and he was just as helpful. He offered me the best price out of all the places I rang.

Very pleasant experience booking with this cruise company
Searching for a back to back Mediterranean cruise on my own was problematic because we had sailed to a lot of these ports before. The one cruise itinerary I had found was way over our budget. Nigel at MyCruise was marvellous in his efforts and very experienced. He found a cruise which was under budget and includes a 2 night stay pre-cruise at a 5 star hotel with transfers. Although we haven’t sailed yet, flights, hotel and cruise have been booked I have given 5 stars because this was a very late booking, about 6 weeks before we sail and Nigel worked very hard to find us this deal. No question was too big or too insignificant for him to answer and he has great customer service skills. If all goes well I will be using MyCruise as my choice of agent.
