After being ashamed and embarrassed by the situation I found myself in I knew I needed to reach out. It is the best thing I have ever done. Holly was amazing. Knowledgeable, understanding without being patronising. She showed empathy and sympathy and talked me through options and explained them in full. I cannot praise or thank her enough. Came into this thinking it would be extremely stressful and drawn out, but after a brief call with Shauna, she reassured me by talking me through the entire process/options available in detail. She was also super snappy at responding to messages when i had questions, and fitting in calls around my work schedule, which is always convenient. The team as a whole, and the people i had contact with were brilliant and made the whole process as stress free as possible, can’t fault them on anything. Highly recommend.

Our advisor Holly was fantastic, she made everything very easy, I work odd hrs and a lot of the time I'm unavailable but Holly made every effort possible to fit into my hrs. At the end of the day a fantastic service and very easy and well explained.
