My Divan Bed Reviews

I am loving my base bed and headboard, the quality is top notch, though the company need to train their delivery guys what is customer services, the guy who delivered my bed wasn't so friendly, and seem to be in a rush , had to fire shots with him as he wanted to just leave the bed without him putting it in the desired room and assemble it whilst I had paid for the service

So happy with the bed it is stunning and exactly what I wanted and came all assembled just had to put headboard together and a man from the company helped me out a lot. Very happy with my purchase highly reccommend !

Would recommend My Divan Bed, they are easy to communicate with, website easy to navigate, prices are good and delivered very quickly and on the day specified.

Excellent service . I needed the beds for a certain date , they went above and beyond to make sure I got them on time.
Very good value for money.
Would recommend to friends and family.
Thank you

Excellent communication. Bed arrived protected and easy to put up

Excellent service, easy website and polite and efficient delivery guys.

Great choice and great price for beds. Customer service was first class as we had an issue with delivery date/ time and the guy sorted it all out.
Delivery was again spot on, bit delayed due to the drivers mate not turning up for work. Phoned to say how long he was going to be and then took it all up to the room of choice ( town house top floor) without any problems.

Really really fast, reliable delivery. Bed looks even better in person.

Great bed and quick delivery. Would highly recommend A*****

I am more than happy with the bed I chose and how efficient the whole order process took .
I have since bought another bed and was just as good with that one too

Received single bed, very happy with purchase.

Only 4 stars mainly because the delivery drivers from UCL kept their promise to deliver on the day even though their office tried to cancel earlier in the day. The delivery team drove over 600 miles on my set delivery day arriving at my address at 9.40pm to find their vans brakes were shot and had to be recovered by breakdown above and beyond by those gentlemen.

Bed is as I thought only came yesterday so can’t comment on how comfy as this is for occasional guests. Headboard fixings are cheap and broke straight away buy your own better quality. Hey it was £500 I didn’t expect gold plated fixings. Overall easy to order delivery office not great but outstanding delivery team.

Amazing bed at an amazing price. I got it in cream and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Fast delivery as only took 4 working days to arrive. 10 minutes to put together. I’ve always had a divan bed but this one is the best one I owned. Mattress is comfortable as well. (Memory spring) 100% would recommend. Delivery driver and customer service were very communicative. Driver brought it inside for me because I was on my own and headboard was heavy which was a kind gesture as I didn’t pay for that service. Very pleased.

Delivered on time, driver called to let me know when he was 15 minutes away.
