A very bad casino

A very bad casino. I had a bad experience with them. I have a gambling addiction. I asked support to block my account without reinstatement. They blocked it for a month, no more. I had to send a bunch of emails to block it, and in the end, they never completely blocked it. Other casinos blocked me instantly, through online chat.

Title: Two Months Later — Account Still Not Closed

I requested my account to be closed over two months ago and clearly confirmed that I accept permanent deletion, including losing any remaining credits or data.

Despite this, my account is still active.

This is unacceptable. When a user requests account closure and explicitly confirms it, it should not take months with no resolution. The delay shows poor customer support and a lack of respect for user requests.

I am still waiting for my account to be closed.,

Do not use this casino

Do not use this casino, I deposited over $500-$600 and Finally won after weeks of playing , I’ve been waiting for over 1 week, for a small withdrawal and it’s still showing pending. I want to know what takes so long to withdrawal in this day in age technology is to vast for this nonsense, but you take my deposit in less then 5 seconds, I’ve played at a lot of casinos and the max I waited was 24 hours most pay out same day and on top of that the games are always freezing. This casino is 100% trash.

Keep reopening and targeting my self-exclude account (gambling addiction)

I’m sharing my experience with MyEmpire Casino as a warning.
June 13, 2024: I requested self-exclusion. My account was closed.
June 19, 2024: I was contacted with a $150 bonus to return.
Over the following months, I made multiple self-exclusion requests but continued to receive bonuses and access.
August 18, 2024: Account closed again.
January 28, 2025: Account reopened without my request via free spins.
March 3, 2025: Closed again after repeated requests.
May 2025: During a complaint, I was told my account would not be reopened.
December 26, 2025: Account reactivated again via free spins.
January 15, 2026: I was told my account was permanently closed.
March 26, 2026: I received another VIP invitation email.
This is a repeated pattern of re-engagement after self-exclusion, including after permanent closure confirmation.
I also accepted a partial refund of $2,000 before receiving my full transaction history, which later showed losses of approximately $13,000 after my first self-exclusion. They offered me $1,013 and I responded:

I want to be transparent with you: it's difficult for me to accept this amount without knowing how much I actually lost on your platform. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my full transaction history, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know the total amount I deposited and lost with MyEmpire.
Given the length of time I spent playing and the multiple attempts I made to stop, I believe the total losses are likely quite significant. If the total does reflect that, I would be more comfortable with a refund closer to 2,000 CAD, which I feel would be a more fair resolution under the circumstances.

They sent me the $2,000 and after that, sent me the full transaction history (after months of trying to get it).. They keep saying we agreed on this but I clearly said that I would be more comfortable with that amount IF the total reflect that.

I believe self-exclusion was not properly enforced and that I was repeatedly encouraged to return despite clear signs of gambling harm.

Stay away from them if you are struggling.

“Confirmed Crypto Deposit Never Credited – Extremely Concerning Experience”

This platform appears extremely unreliable and potentially deceptive.

I transferred 102.150808 USDT from Binance using the TRC20 network to the exact wallet address provided by this platform. The transaction was completed and confirmed on the blockchain, which means the funds were successfully delivered to the destination wallet.

Despite this, my account balance still shows $0 and the platform has not credited the funds.

When a transaction is confirmed on-chain but the platform does not reflect the deposit, that is a very serious issue. Either the system is fundamentally broken, or the platform is intentionally withholding users’ funds.

Support has not provided any meaningful explanation or resolution.

I strongly warn anyone considering this platform: do not send funds here. If a company cannot properly credit a confirmed blockchain transaction, it should not be trusted with users’ money.

Pagamento bloccato da 5 mesi, esperienza molto negativa

Ho vinto più di 30.000€ il 03/10/2025 su Myempire.com.
Il 21/10/2025 ho ricevuto solo un primo pagamento di 2.400€ lasciando un saldo di 24.000€ ancora da pagare, qualcosa è stato rigiocato sempre per colpa loro perché è il loro scopo fanno passare tempo con la speranza che rigiochi il tutto comunque da quel momento il casinò ha continuato a richiedere numerosi documenti di verifica per mesi. Ho inviato tutto ciò che mi è stato richiesto e l’ultimo documento risulta in verifica da oltre 4 mesi, con i prelievi completamente bloccati
Nel frattempo ricevo e-mail promozionali che mi invitano a continuare a giocare facendomi offerte con bonus, ma non posso prelevare il saldo della vincita.
Ho sempre collaborato con il supporto e fornito ogni documento richiesto.
A questo punto chiedo semplicemente che il casinò rispetti i propri obblighi e completi il pagamento del saldo rimanente di 24.000€
Aggiornerò il punteggio quando il pagamento sarà completato.
Ps: aggiornamento oggi 01/04/2026 ancora tutto tace solite risposte genetiche prelievi sempre bloccati

Account got CLOSED!!! (SCAMMED 228€)

I tried to withdraw my balance (approx 228€, don’t remember the correct amount anymore), MyEmpire canceled it and then closed my account down.

When I went to the live chat to ask whats up with that, the customer support answered that ”adminstrator has closed your account” whatever that means 🤣. I tried to get a reason, but the customer support just suggested that I’d e-mail the support via email.

When I did, we went back and forth. I asked for a reason, they said, that ”adminstrator closed your account…”. I demanded my money, but didn’t get a positive response nor any response at all for 7 emails back and forth.

Shit casino, scams your money and has shit customer support. I don’t recommend at all. Don’t play here, please.

Absolute scam

I bet and won(Slovakia vs Finlad hockey), I've been waiting for 2 weeks for the money to be withdrawn. It still says the same thing, only that it is being checked and nothing else. If you contact support, they all say the same thing "you have no withdrawal request" of course I have documented everything with photos, still the same automatically generated messages whether you use lifesupport or write to email. I absolutely do not recommend this application. There are much better alternatives and ones that are not scams. Also the bonus balance. They say that I have to first spend minutes/roll over the bonus balance to be able to withdraw money. But when I go to bet, it takes it from my normal money, not from the bonus balance. Absolute scam, they only take money from you and if you manage to win, you will wait months to withdraw money.

These scammers are with big experience to fool or scam people, don’t trust this peace of s*it! I’ve deposited 25€ I got bonus in total 75€ then I’ve played I loose it some cash but ok, now I have 40€ in real balance and 50€ in bonus balance, which means 40€ I can withdraw to my bank account, but when I’ve contacted live support they are trying to say that I must play first my bonus money then I’ll be able to withdraw the money, but the thing is when I’m playing casino or placing bets the real money comes off not a bonus money. Don’t trust these scammers and don’t even try!

Hanno pagato una minima parte poi continuano ad inviare richieste di documenti aggiuntivi con la chiara intenzione di non pagare
NON PAGANO LE VINCITE!
Le risposte continuano ad essere sempre standard….
Sono richiesti documenti aggiuntivi non congrui alle transazioni, non atti ad identificare il giocatore, a volte errati con chiare incongruenze tra quello scritto in inglese e la traduzione in italiano.
Sono richieste appositamente fatte per non pagare le vincite…
Al supporto ha scritto anche il mio avvocato senza ricevere alcuna risposta…

Il casinò non ha regole sui pagamenti, si blocca e i tutti i giochi vanno a vuoto. Dopo 1500 euro depositati e nessuna vincita ricevuta neanche a bet 20 centesimi ho deciso di cancellarla.
Non ci giocate è una frode
