Before you even consider this casino, read my previous review.
This is a follow-up because instead of fixing a serious issue, Neon54 is now giving me the runaround and trying to protect their image on Trustpilot.
I requested permanent self-exclusion on February 2 due to a gambling problem. This was acknowledged and I was clearly told my account was permanently closed and could not be reopened.
Despite that, on March 26:
• I received promotional emails
• I was able to log into my account
• I was able to deposit and lose money
This should never happen under any responsible gambling policy.
After I raised this, they responded by offering me a reimbursement described as a “goodwill gesture” — as if they were doing me a favour.
Let’s be clear: this is not a goodwill gesture. This is the result of them failing to enforce a confirmed permanent exclusion, which is one of the most basic and serious responsibilities any casino has.
Since that message, it has now been over 8 days with no follow-up. No payment, no update, no explanation.
What makes this worse is their public reply here telling me to “contact support via Live Chat” as if I haven’t already.
That is completely false.
I have already contacted support multiple times by email and live chat. I am currently waiting after THEY said reimbursement would be processed. Instead of responding, they come here and act like I haven’t reached out just to protect their reputation.
This is exactly why they have a 2-star rating.
Let’s summarize:
• Permanent exclusion was requested and confirmed
• They failed to enforce it
• They allowed further deposits and losses
• They called reimbursement a “goodwill gesture”
• Then went silent for over 8 days
• And now publicly pretend I haven’t contacted them
Read my previous review for the full timeline before trusting this platform.
I am still waiting for:
• The reimbursement for all funds deposited
• A proper written explanation
• Confirmation that my account is permanently and irreversibly closed
Until then, this speaks for itself.
