Excellent customer service

I am giving this company a 5 star rating because of the superb customer service. I had a little difficulty at first operating the the device I had bought, the Back Restore Back Massager. I communicated my issues to Celine at customer service, who was very prompt and responsive. The company was very happy to refund my purchase immediately, but after I figured out the operation of the device, I decided to keep it.
I am very happy with the device and bought a second for a friend. I will do business with this company again.

To date one of the most SCAMMY ICKY ordering processes I've experienced

I went to this website to order specifically and ONLY RESQVAC as I am a senior woman and I wanted a device to use on myself IF I was ever choking since I live alone.

I got all the way to the end and saw all the upsells...the extra $9.99 which APPEARED to be the ONLY WAY to have the shipment insured (in other words...if it gets lost or damaged too bad so sad??? And then there's the shipping and the EXTREMELY REDUCED second (theoretically identical) item for another nearly $20. When I saw my total of $83.96 for what started as at $44.99 item I wanted to CANCEL the whole thing and there literally was NO WAY TO APPROVE the order before I was shown that it went through and my card was charged.

I called and it was confirmed that I had been charged $83.96. The kind rep was able to cancel the order but NOT the charge. She could ONLY issue a refund and I was told to give it 7-10 days to show up. WHICH, to me, MEANS that for those 7-10 days my credit card balance will be $83.96 HIGHER than what I actually have bought.

SOOOOO SCAMMY!!! The whole thing gave me the ICKS!

I will never do business with this company again.

I wish I could upload a copy of my "RECEIPT" which no legit company would give to someone who didn't fully approve or accept the order (and remember I was given ZERO option to go into the listed order and remove any of the items. THERE WAS NO listed order nor any chance for final approval to bill!!)

To address your main concern first: as discussed on the phone, your order has been fully canceled and a full refund was issued today. While most banks do take 7–10 business days to post refunds, we’ve done everything on our end immediately, and you won’t be charged for this order.

We also want to clarify a few points. Our checkout does include optional add-ons (like shipping protection and discounted additional units), but they are never required to complete a purchase. That said, your feedback makes it clear that the presentation did not feel clear or transparent, and that’s something we take seriously. We are actively reviewing the checkout flow to ensure customers can easily see, review, and modify their order before completing payment.

THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS EXEMPLARY. EVERYONE MADE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH MY PURCHASE, EVEN BEFORE IT ARRIVED. I PURCHASE 5, FOR MY GREAT GRANDBABIES, IT GIVES ME A PEACE OF MIND, ALTHOUGH I HOPE THEY NEVER NEED TO USE THEM. IT'S GOING TO EASY TO USE IF EVER NEEDED. ITS MADE OF QUALITY MATERIALS AND DR RECCOMMENDED. I KEPT ONE FOR MYSELF, AND CAN TAKE ON FAMILY VACATIONS AS WELL .Anti-Choke Device Pro IS A LIFE SAVER.
