The MYHIXEL Products
I first purchased the MYHIXEL MED device back in 2021. I was a little sceptical at first, but I have to say that the build quality is first class. Some may think this is just another 'Men's Stimulation Device' but it is far from that. The sleeve is incredibly realistic and I thought the warming action was great attention to detail. The App content was also very good. However, unfortunately for me, as I have suffered from lifelong PE and now ED, I was unable to use it to its full potential. I also ordered the MYHIXEL Ring (pack of 3) back in November 2024. There were delays in delivery, outside of their control, but I have to say that Customer Services were excellent. Although response times were sometimes a little slow, they let me know what the issues were and did all they could to get my order to me as swiftly as they could. I couldn't ask for more than that. I am yet to try the Rings, so cannot leave any feedback about this yet.
The packaging for all the products I have received has been extremely discreet, so there has been no embarrassment ever. The website is well structured and informative, and ordering is also very easy.
I have also backed the Kickstarter for the MYHIXEL3, which I am incredibly excited about. Hopefully I will be able to rid myself of these two dysfunctions for good.
Overall, I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to MYHIXEL for creating some truly exceptional products, and I would have no hesitation of endorsing them going forward.

Antwoord van MYHIXEL
Dear Bill,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
As we previously mentioned in by email, we offer three different ring options, each with varying intensity levels.
It is one size fix all because thanks to its elasticity and its adjustable height and length, the MYHIXEL Ring is designed to fit any penis.
The MYHIXEL Ring helps reduce blood outflow from the penis, maintaining rigidity and optimizing circulation. Its structure is specifically designed to keep the urethra unblocked, ensuring a natural, smooth, and more pleasurable ejaculation.
On our website, you’ll find a size guide that helps users select the most suitable ring intensity based on their penis circumference and level of dysfunction. Additionally, based on other users' experiences, some find that using a penis pump before applying the ring helps achieve a stronger erection.

The product,[ rings], is very good. Very well made.
It was the purchasing of items that are making me lower the rating.
I ordered online and was told that my order had been declined. I reordered. I eventually received two sets of rings.
Some days ago , I received a note then telling me that my order was being completed. I may yet , receive a third set.

Saludos,

Dear Rich,
We’re sorry to hear that you had this perception.
As mentioned earlier, we experienced some logistical delays that affected the normal processing of orders, particularly due to the holiday season and the general high-demand period.
To address your concerns, the MYHIXEL Ring is a product developed by sexual health professionals, combining precision and innovation to help you achieve optimal erections. Its revolutionary ergonomic design, along with a unique pressure mechanism that strategically relieves the urethra, allows you to effectively prolong and maintain erections without side effects. The rigid base ensures a secure fit around the base of the penis, while the elastic band prevents venous return and adapts comfortably to all sizes.
Please note that the ring is not designed to include the scrotum.
If you have any further questions or need additional clarification, feel free to reach out to us at customerservice@myhixel.com.
