We had a lovely stay at the Riverside Lodge hotel, staff were friendly and efficient, the hotel was very clean rooms adequate with hairdryer ironing board iron , kettle tea coffee etc and more available at reception! Our meal was excellent and the staff were excellent, as was breakfast! This was a gift to us from our family, definitely recommend it we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The room was really comfortable and the hotel was very inviting. The breakfast was exceptional qiality and lots of choice. So good, I have rebooked for next January.

Vikki was very helpful, made the process very simple and got us a good deal for an overnight away.

We stayed at Redworth hall recently for one night. My sister and cousin stayed for 2 nights. We were meeting up on sad circumstances for a funeral. Our room was lovely and warm. The door could do with a lick of paint. My sister was cold in her room. Downstairs it was quite chilly in dining room and bar area and a draught from corridor. The toilets were absolutely freezing. The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and welcoming and most of the dining room staff too. The menu is not a great choice and expensive for what you get. For the price we paid it was ok.

Prices are reasonable and help from yourselves is very good.We’ve not been disappointed over the years

Lovely break with friends, the staff from arriving at reception, bar staff waiters/waitresses couldn't have been more welcoming and attentive,had a lovely overnight stay and would highly recommend. Dinner and breakfast fab. Thanks again to the lovely staff at the Waterside 😁

Having booked a stay several months ago I was unable to find the confirmation email. However after sending an email the excellent team replied promptly and answered my query. Great customer service.

Be very careful if purchasing this hotel as a Christmas gift, we purchased this for our disabled elderly parents for a nice Christmas treat, when my mother-in-law tried booking she was told there was no availability. She rang to extend the voucher till 22nd November and was told this was find and to back this telephone call with an email which she did, on the 22nd November our parents drove all the way to the hotel to be told they hadn't replied to a confirmation email, there was no availability and the voucher was now null and void. They where stranded and the hotel didn't even help to find alternative accommodation, luckily they found a nearby hotel for £135. On contacting justine from the reception team we weren't offered compensation for the hotel our parents had to stay at and our parents weren't even offered an extension to the original voucher, so please if you do book with this hotel, check your junk mail and print off any correspondence because I would hate for anyone else to have this awful customer experience.
