It works quite well. I ordered unlock for my 5s softbank model and got unlocked after 20 days. As it would take up to 30 days, just be patient.

Although their website is professional and they sometimes reply back to email, I still find their service unacceptable. I paid $89 to unlock my iPhone 6 Plus, they sent me an email that the job is completed. This is not the case, my phone is still locked with Softbank. I had to contact them, reconfirmed my IMEI number. The Customer Service got back to me saying they were passing it to their Support team as they can see it is still locked with a specific carrier. 6 weeks later, nothing happened. I've been trying to get in touch but no luck. If this is the standard service this company provides, I would like to advise others to look elsewhere.

i have waited over 2 weeks but no unlocking confirmation so only when i have contacted them asking for the status, they got back to me just to tell me that they're going to refund me due to delay, and i could resubmit a new order. this is a joke! i still haven't even got my refund through my credit card and they expect me to place a new order!? i'm starting to have a feeling this might be a scam... i'd rather just wait a little while more than to wait until i can comfort the refund, then resubmitting the order (i expect i will have to wait another 2 weeks) and who knows if they're going to do the same by telling me they're going to refund me due to another delay. time is money and i feel as i've wasted 2 weeks of my time simply to get my money back (i'm still waiting for this to show up on my credit card).
at least try to do something about it rather than just giving a refund and asking to place a new order. terrible experience.

It's been 18 days and i only recieved a confirmation from Dalpay. Nowhere on that email does it mention an order ID, so i'm not sure how to track it, contact them or request a refund. Can anyone help?

MyIMEI saw my review, got in touch with me via email issued me a full refund and processed my unlock for free. Going to take another 2 weeks before my phone is unlocked. However hats off to them for the way they corrected the situation. Very pleased with the outcome even if in total it will have taken 2 months to do.

My iPhone was unlocked twice. The iPhone suddenly re-locked itself a few months later, but they re-unlocked it for me again. It just took them 5 months... (because, apparently, their system was down). Anyways, they are back now, and they do it correctly.
