Legitimate company that issued me a refund
I purchased at seven luck for my iphone 6s Plus. when two weeks I still did not get my unlock, I panicked and thought that this was a scammer. It turned out that all the other unlockers were having the same problems unlocking Fido and Roger iPhone. In the end, I got my refund as requested, no problems.

2nd time getting phone unlocked
They are a little bit slow in getting your phone unlocked, may take up to a week compared to other places. But it's a trustworthy company. This is my second time unlocking a phone through here and so far is good.

Customer service sucks
Going on 24 days since I place my order with no replies back from customer support with past emails.5 of them makes you feel like you're getting ripped off I would understand if they were contacting me back telling me they're still working on it but just ignoring me really sucks I want to contact my bank and stop payment on the credit card but I'm not tired when I'm out for couple more days and if it turns out they didn't lock it I will post good things about him but right now they suck
