It was quick and easy to do
It was quick and easy to do, only had to fill out a few things, they checked to see if I was eligible to take class. They got back to me quickly. It only took me 30 minutes to complete and I took breaks to answer phone and emails. I would recommend ot for anyone

Good with Glitch
It was a good class except that I had to return three times to retake two sections because there was a glitch that would not register that I viewed them.

Best Option For Safe Driving Courses
It was Easy to Navigate.
The Course was taught in a way which you can follow and understand each chapter easily (with a few jokes here and there)
I recommend purchasing the Video option!!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I had to restart my course multiple times even though I was almost finished because of obvious technical issues on their website. Customer service was completely unhelpful and felt like nothing but AI responses. I was constantly blamed for problems that were clearly on their end. The site is full of bugs, I wasted hours of my time, and never got proper support. Would not recommend.

Extremely frustrating experience
Extremely frustrating experience. After spending hours completing roughly 80% of the NY defensive driving course, I was suddenly locked out due to a failed “security check.” Due to an honest spelling mistake. I contacted support immediately and was told my progress could not be restored, meaning I would have to restart the entire course from the beginning.
I understand the need for verification, but losing hours of completed work with no way to recover progress is unreasonable when I've done majority of the course in good faith. Very disappointing customer support and an unacceptable policy. I would recommend choosing any other course provider if you don't want your time wasted.

Course navigation was clunky and…
Course navigation was clunky and difficult to move forward at times. Couldn't complete the course either due to password issues which they couldn't reset and told me I would have to re-do the entire course from the beginning. Too bad because content was pretty good up to that point.
