Horrible!! No follow up with insurance, terrible customer service! I don't recommend!! Took the defensive driver course, (paid more for it than others) but they did not send the certificate to my insurance as they said they would within 24 hours, so I had to waste 20 minutes on the phone well over a week later waiting to speak to a "student" agent, who didn't know a thing about "why that could have happened", and finally hung up on me without a goodbye (and I was nice on the call). Anyway, she couldn't explain why after over a week my insurance company hadn't received my certificate and offered no explanation. I would NEVER repeat a course from this company. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!! Do not use them! They don't do what they promise! Needless to say I will NEVER take another course from them and WOULD NEVER recommend them to ANYONE.

Defensive driving at The Improv
I signed up for this course to get a lower policy payment and to my surprise I'm excited to say it was worth it. The course is easy to follow and easy to understand. I took the driver improvement course…
I took the driver improvement course and received 10% off my vehicle insurance. I understood that my wife could also take the course (she is included on the insurance policy). The course would not accept her information to take the course to receive another discount.

Easy and entertaining
Easy and entertaining. There isn’t a Ben Stein teaching the class. The actors speak with enthusiasm, confidence, and enthusiasm. Makes watching and listening very easy.

I enjoyed this Defensive driving class
I enjoyed this Defensive driving class. I love how they tell you your progress at the top of the screen while you are working on the course and let you know on the side whether you've completed a chapter or not. The humor they use makes it entertaining while you're getting requanted with the rules of the road.. the quizzes were doable and not too challenging. One suggestion I have is to be able to pause the videos because if you miss something you have to just finish the video and start over.

It’s engaging and extremely informative while adding some light humor through out the lessons.
I will definitely repeat this class in 3 years. I highly recommend this defensive driving course to all drivers regardless of age.

A good learning experience

to me it's very important.I think every driver should take this course, because myself I registered for the cause. Just to get my insurance low
But now it's more than getting my insurance low besides, it's an eye opener letting you know that you have to get rid of every distraction on the way whether helping the child out in the back. I always do that trying to reach out for something for my son. In the backseat, but now I am more serious and focused. Because you have to concentrate and focus and know what to do next. At any point in time you decide what to do at any point in time. i thank God that I did this course
