HORRIBLE experience
HORRIBLE experience. Don’t waste your time like I did and go with a different company. Lots of technical bugs, it took me over 20 hours to complete the course because the next button wouldn’t work and I had to redo multiple chapters, even though I was reading and clicking through everything. I tried to contact support through their AI assistant and they never got back to me. When I called them, the customer service representative told me he had other calls to attend so that he couldn’t keep helping me after 10 minutes on the phone which 8 of those minutes were spent on hold waiting for them to solve the issue. Completely unacceptable.

They took my credit card without…
They took my credit card without hesitation and every time I go to start the first course, nothing loads. NOTHING. This is a SCAM. I want my a refund but I don't expect to get it. This is the absolute WORST company I have ever had to deal with in my life.

I took the course to lower my auto…
I took the course to lower my auto insurance cost. I am so glad that I did. I have been driving for decades, but I learned so many new things from this course that I have already improved my driving habits, awareness, and safety. It was presented in a clear and fun way.

The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great, you probably couldn't improve it either. The lesson The experience, the long thought about my driving habits, as opposed to good driving practices.. The whole experience made me want to be a better driver, more cautious of my surroundings. More courteous of other drivers, more cautious while driving,and more safer while watching my speeds.
