The Best Defensive Driver Course Ever
To tell you the truth when I took this course two weeks ago, I was just doing it for the insurance discount, BUT let me tell you something, I LEARNED so much from Professor G, he makes the lessons interesting and very informative. The same goes for Jeff, the instructor. And Denisse, the host, the three of them make this course go smoothly, not boring and I told my family and friends about it.
100% happy and thankful to learn so much about the responsibility to be a good driver. Thanks to this course, I see the road differently, I am aware a little bit more about my surroundings.
I really recommend this Defensive Driver Course to anyone who wants to be better on the road.

Keeps you Interested!
This course constantly keeps you interested. It’s fast moving and repetitive, making the quiz’s easy to pass. This is my 3rd time taking it and so far 2026 has been the best version. I usually complete the course over a 2 day period but you have up to 30 days.

The Improv Traffic School Course was FUN, FAST, EASY & EDUCATIONAL!!!
The Improv Traffic School Course was easy, fun and educational! A needed refresher. I appreciate the emphasis on managing road rage with intelligent self-control. Also, great focus on how speeding & weaving through traffic only decreases arrival time by only a few minutes. I've watched speeders pass me and others obeying the limit, only to see the speeder stopped by the same red light before us slower drivers catch up...LOL! But seriously, these speeders risk causing deadly accidents, resulting in being “dead on arrival” at hospitals.
Also, the course cost is inexpensive once every 3 years and you get car insurance discounts.
Suggestion: Post all this good driving advice everywhere! Schools, TV & social media,etc. These IMPROV driving tips should reach the masses. Especially those who are obsessed with social media and lack proper driving skills.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Irresponsible business practice caused me to lose my license.
Instead of promised 7-10 days certificate delivery, I had pay for my own Fedex delivery 4 months later. They did not mail the certificate to me nor did they contact DMV to reduce the points on my license. I strongly recommend not to use this business.

If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would. My parents took the course and had so many problems. Won't recognize facial id -the signs video is in Spanish
-The volume is out on the signs video and defensive driving video. So a complaint was made and they were given a discount code for $15 off future purchases. Well today I tried to redeem the code before it expires tomorrow and surprise surprise the code didn't work. After some back and forth with the customer service rep, they offered me 20%Off, not the $15 we we're promised. Without the original email they wouldn't honor the discount. I chose them again despite the problems because I thought they in good faith recognized the need to redeem themselves and try and extend good customer service. So I ended the conversation by deciding to go to another company and hopefully the experience will be better.
