Fantastic flavours and variety. I haven’t had such delicious liquorice since I was a child !
The service from this small company has been excellent, I had a query , had been advised to eat liquorice by my Oncologist!! Not only did I get great taste and quality , but advice on what type might benefit me .

Thank you for your review. It’s lovely to hear that your doctor has recommended liquorice, and we really hope you are feeling better soon.
We do have a lot of customers who tell us that their doctor has advised them NOT to eat liquorice because of high blood pressure. However, there is often only a relatively small amount of Glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice extract) in liquorice sweets. Where there is a higher level, we always display the appropriate health warning on the website and labels.
However if any doctor has actually recommended liquorice, we are very happy to point you in the direction of some of our stronger varieties! 😊

Exactly the same product from another internet supplier for the same price, except it’s a 250g bag from the other supplier instead of 200g from My Liquorice.
I am sure My Liquorice will say their product is better quality, however descriptions are the same and liquorice tastes the same!!!

Oh my word!
Ordered the discovery box of 3 large bags plus a free smaller bag. Delicious! We’ve already scarfed the small bag in a single afternoon. Lovely quality, lots of different things to try, and delivery was fast. I will definitely be ordering more!

Excellent product, and customer service which goes above and beyond.
I placed an order for several different liquorices as, in my head, I am planning early for Christmas. The order arrived very swiftly, but unfortunately Royal Mail damaged the packaging (the box was delivered in a Royal Mail bag which had ‘our sincere apologies’ printed on it - they admitted the box had been damaged in transit) and 2 of the bags were missing.
The response from Patricia at My Liquorice customer services was immediate, friendly and highly professional. The missing items were replaced and a free gift included.
The liquorice itself is excellent - I was curious about how well chocolate liquorice would work, but it really does, the Autumn mix seems to have disappeared too, maybe I have mice. My idea that I was buying gifts for Christmas has gone out the window, I have evidently bought gifts for ME and will be back soon with a Christmas order. Many thanks for a fabulous produce and great customer service!

This review is misleading and does not reflect what happened. The order was placed on 15/9 with an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer. The parcel was fully tracked and delivered to the address provided on the order on 17/9. We also sent four emails confirming the order and providing delivery address and tracking information before the parcel was delivered.
We therefore fulfilled the order using the delivery details supplied by the customer. The claim that the item was simply “not delivered” is incorrect.
Probably the best tasting liquorice…
Probably the best tasting liquorice available in the UK and the most variety! The packaging is fantastic also for those who struggle with hand dexterity as super easy to open and seal closed again! Highly recommend.

My liquorice is amazing, love all the assorted ones I've purchased so far, will be trying others soon, the family favourite is the black and white mints in fact I received another 2 packets today and was asked to get another 2 packets for friends so I've ordered more today.

I’m always a bit cautious with…
I’m always a bit cautious with companies that constantly pop up on my Instagram. I’ve been tempted before, tried a fudge company, and it was rubbish, so I wasn’t expecting too much this time.
But My Liquorice is definitely a winner.
I’m not really sure how to judge value for money when it comes to liquorice, because I have absolutely no idea what constitutes “good value liquorice”! But everything I’ve tried so far has been really tasty. The banana monkeys were especially good, they’ve already disappeared, and the honey liquorice is strangely, interestingly delicious.
I did also do my best to max out all the free stuff with my order, so taking that into account I think the overall value is actually pretty decent.
I’ve now seen they have giant liquorice strawberries, which I’m hoping I’ll get to try at some point. Although that may have to wait, because I currently have about £100 worth of liquorice to get through and I’m the only person in the house who likes it!
So yes, Instagram advertising finally got me, but for once, I’m very happy it did.

Poor customer care
The product is tasty, but it took weeks to arrive. I was told this was due to the current drought. I received 2 emails during this time explaining the issue and telling me I would receive a free gift for my patience.
Eventually it arrives but my free gift was a catalogue of their other products.
I emailed to complain and have been met by silence.
Irritating and not what I expected.

The delays were caused by an unprecedented and prolonged heatwave in the UK and parts of the EU, affecting supplies of our chocolate-covered liquorice and, consequently, other orders. We kept customers informed throughout and, as a gesture of goodwill, many customers received a complimentary pack.
We accidentally omitted the free bag from this order and resolved this as soon as we could.

My order was unfortunately delayed due to the high temperatures we have been experiencing.
My Liquorice kept me informed promptly about the issue, when my order was released and when to expect delivery.
I received my delayed order safe and sound and in perfect condition.
As always, the quality of their products is exceptional and I am looking forward to tasting all the different types that I have received.
The customer service is excellent, a sign of a very reliable and caring company and the product are amazing and I will reorder!

Great service from this company. Most of the liquorice flavours I’ve tried are lovely. I thought chocolate and liquorice together, would be a bit bleh! After trying it, I was pleasantly surprised. The product range and quality is superb! Always well packed and super-fast delivery. I have placed a few orders and, not embarrassed to say, tried quite a few different products. In particular, the chocolate coated liquorice is awesome- chocolate coated liquorice..... who knew!!! I have only had to raise one issue with customer services and it was dealt with in the most professional and polite way. The emails were answered promptly and politely, and the issue dealt with efficiently. I would highly recommend My Liquorice especially if you fancy a bit variety in your life 😉 👍
