Had it for a year almost and it really helps definitely takes the pain of cramps and makes it different. In my case since I have an IUD it makes my cramps more bearable. Good alternative to taking medicine constantly.

I began my Livia journey a year ago and haven’t had any regrets 💕I was always taking at least 3 Tylenols to help with cramps and knew in the long run how bad that would be for my liver, and really wanted to stop having to use medicine for pain. Using the Livia along with changing my diet and drinking more herbal teas has made major improvements in my menstrual cycle. Ive only had to replace the flower pads once due to me incorrectly storing.

At a time where I didnt know what else to do about my menstrual cramping and going back onto birth control wasnt an option, Livia truly pulled me out of some very dark times. Being that the device is so discrete, I love that Im able to live my life totally normally without crippling pains - even wearing it to work is totally an option (and necessary)! I returned my device, but Livia continued charging me my monthly rental fee. I emailed regularly for nearly a YEAR, then finally marked the charges fraudulent to my credit card and let them fight with Chase. Shortly thereafter, I noticed the charges started coming from a different name other than Livia, trying to sneak under the radar - truly unbelievable! Since I had proof of correspondence and promises via email that they'd cancel, my credit card honored my request to refund all the charges, but I have no doubt they're still fighting Livia.

I would avoid the monthly payment at all costs, they're crooks!

Device broke after a handful of uses! Cannot seem to get anywhere with their customer service team. The amount of time it has taken to get through to them means my warranty has probably expired now!! Avoid buying from this company.
