Amazing. I was skeptical but it actually works. So much relief. Thank you.

The product is easy to travel with, easy to put together and just so amazing when it comes to the settings. I absolutely love the way you can customize your device with different covers and how you can just pop onto the site and easily buy a 6 month supply of the gel pads without a worry.

Made my pain go away! I have tried so many things to get rid of the stubborn pain I have every month, then I also have cystic ovaries which hurts more. Livia takes care of both pains, which is awesome, now I can go and live my life without staying curled up in bed at home!

My daughter has struggled with severe Cramps. Livia has made the difference between her missing 2 to 3 days of school every month and going in with a smile on her face. I would guess the pain reduction is 30 to 70% from her reports.

This product is nearly perfect. It literally saves me from having to miss work or events.
The only small downside is that the machine has to attach to your clothing and that can be a little tricky when using the bathroom.

I bought it, I used it once and it seemed to ve effective, then had my purse stolen with the device in it. I got charged and tried to cancel the subscription. Then I got charged a month later and when I sent a contact request to cancel, I was told to order a new device and get 50% of a new device. I may have considered it, but how about you just cancel the subscription as asked instead. Never buying anything from this company, they suck.

Mir wurde ein Livia-Gerät aufgrund von sehr starken Endometriose-Schmerzen geschenkt. Den einen Stern vergebe ich, da es wirklich gut geholfen hatte. Bis ich leider immer stärkere, allergische Reaktionen auf den Aufkleber hatte. Das Problem ist jedoch das Abo. Trotz Knündigung wird weiter Geld abgezogen, bis man viel Zeit und Energie in die Klärung steckt. Hier werden Menschen ausgenutzt, die sich ein Gerät gegen Schmerzen besorgen. Für dieses Verhalten und die Handhabung würde ich gerne 0 Sterne vergeben.

I tried this device and it did nothing for me. I asked for money back (30 day moneyback guaranteed) and I never got a response...

Update: I was now able to get a refund and I'm happy about that, I might give them a new chance in the future.

I didn't receive my device the first time, not their fault as this thing can happen but they still drew the monthly fee even though I had no device. Finally they could reship but the device have still not left their facility and when I ask about it I don't really get an answer to when it will and it takes ages to get an answer from them. I can definitely forget about messenger and Instagram chat because I can't get an answer there. By mail I usually get one answer a day. When I tried to cancel my order I didn't even get an answer to it and it looks like there is no way I will get my money back. If it was possible I would give them -4 stars instead

Das Gerät ist wirklich super.

Alles andere nicht: Das Abo ist viel zu teuer für die Leistung. Wie an anderer Stelle geschrieben, werden die Gelpads auch nur auf Anfrage geschickt.

Als ich das Abo gekündigt habe, hat livia in einer Mail mit viel Werbetext um eine zweite Kündigungsbestätigung gebeten.
Ich habe das übersehen - Nach deutscher Rechtslage ist eine Kündigung einseitig möglich und so eine Bestätigung auch nicht nötig.
Trotzdem zog livia mir das Abo weiterhin ab und weigert sich bis heute, nachdem ich viel Kraft und Zeit in Mails mit dem Support vergeudet habe, immer noch, das gekündigte Abo gutzuschreiben.
Für 50€ gehe ich nicht zum Anwalt, deshalb kommen sie damit durch. Ich finde es aber besonders perfide, bei Patientinnen mit starken Schmerzen solche Taktiken anzuwenden.

Bei meinem Kontakt mit dem Support war dieser wenig hilfreich und hat direkte Fragen wiederholt ignoriert, um vorgefertigte Texte zu schicken.

Es frustriert und kostet Zeit. Zwei Sterne gibt es nur, weil das Gerät für sich wie gesagt gut ist.

Nachtrag: Die Antwort des Kundenservices ist so inkorrekt. Das Abonnement lässt sich auch ohne Rückschicken des Gerätes kündigen und auch im Mailverkehr ist keine Assage dahingehend getroffen worden.

I've got my free six-month gel pads with my membership. I got them within a week of ordering them, just in time to switch out the old gel pad.

It’s a wonderful and helpful product for those of us suffering from period pain. You can put the pads on your belly or back, wherever it hurts.
It’s a TENS device, which you should also be able to get from your doctor although I guess that’s not an option in many places. My only complaint with the Livia is the design which has some important flaws. The wire is too short, too fragile (breaks easily) and doesn’t stick in the device well enough, causing it to fall out. You really don’t want it to fall off into the toilet for instance… The battery life could also improve, same with the gel pads. I ended up buying a cheaper TENS device online that had these properties after my second attempt with Livia.

This device is a wonder. Highly recommend for cramps and period pain! I’ve had this for over 2 years and have consistent relief from cramps when I use this.

My cramps can really bog me down. This little miracle has been my savior and I'll never give it up.

Easy, non-invasive, and effective for pain management
