Small infrared sauna
Bought the small infrared sauna for a home gym.Quick delivery, great delivery guys. Took an hour to put together helpful of 2 people doing it.Great solid quality little sauna very much enjoying it to relieve menopausal aches and pains and relax as well as after working out. Just plugs in no special electrics needed.

The products are great - but the customer service is even better.
I emailed a query (about a broken tube for my ‘myozone’ ozone generator. They responded immediately - informing me that it was still under warranty.
After sending a couple of photos that evening - the replacement part was in the post the very next day.

Parts and instructions don’t match
I received my chiller and the parts did not match the instructions making it impossible to set up. The team were slow in responding and insist we have all the parts. My recommendation would be to find another supplier.

Do not buy!
After making a purchase of the Myo Sauna Lux in November last year it took 11 weeks to be delivered which in itself was frustrating having missed a large bulk of the winter.
In addition, I paid for the installation and it was probably the worse experience I’ve had.
The installation team had to borrow a drill, ladder and screws!!!!
They took most of the day to complete and honestly was so badly constructed with bits missing.
Second installation team arrived a couple of weeks later but didn’t have the correct parts, then a 3rd team came last week and basically said it would need rebuilding! Now in the last week, the driver for the lights have failed meaning I can’t use at night.
I am currently waiting for a response from the MYO team and would like a refund,
Very disappointed given it’s such a high value item and so far no resolution.

Check stock before buying
Ordered a sauna and ice bath on 17/11/25. Subsequently found out that delivery of the sauna would be at least 8 weeks . Cancelled order . They were slow in issuing the refund so I referred it to PayPal . Refund issued . Purchased from an alternative supplier who delivered and installed a great quality product within a week at a lower price .

Above and beyond after issues
Cannot fault Myomaster at all. Ive had really excellent customer service. I initially purchased a classic sauna but had some warping issues. It took about 6wks after reporting to replace because of a sourcing problem, but Myomaster arranged dismantling, removal of the faulty classic, an upgrade to lux and assembly.
The fitters were very thorough and did an excellent job assembling the lux cleaning everything away.
Just need to sort my electrics and im good to go.

I've had a Myomaster chiller for about 14 months now which has been a great addition to my morning routine. When it stopped working recently, I got in touch with them and Rachelle could not have been more helpful in sorting out a replacement free of charge. I have never came across a worse…
I have never came across a worse company in my life. Ordered the sauna in December, 10 weeks ago. Had to chase them countless times for an estimated delivery. Pawned off for an other few weeks, 4-5 weeks ago we were told it would be here within 2-3 weeks. Many emails later we were given a delivery day, waited in the house all day for it not to show. Was then given a new date for a week later and and waited in the house and again a no show. Seem to be spending a fortune on advertisements on social media to try and hide this common theme. I really regret giving this company £1000s of my money. An absolute disgrace that they treat customers like this and expect to get away with it.

Awful experience buying myosauna lux
We bought the myosauna lux in December with the promise it would be delivered in January. We are now 10 weeks in and no sauna. Despite what they say on their website, you cannot schedule a delivery slot that works for you, in fact the delivery company has only contacted us once via text notifying is of the date of delivery (spoiler alert, it didn’t come). We spent 2 Saturdays at home waiting after clear promises of delivery were made. We made arrangements for building the sauna and booked the electrician TWICE, even took time off work to receive the delivery. The communication is awful. Their website is full of lies. The stress and headache this has caused is unbelievable, on top of the fact that they have over 4k of my money with nothing to show for it. If at the time of buying they had said it would be delivered in March, this would have been absolutely fine, we would have made an informed decision, but the customer service team have messed us about constantly. Do not buy from this company, they are extremely untrustworthy and I can’t believe this is how they run their company.

Myomaster Lux
After purchasing the wonderful Myoice/Myochill and Myoair Compression leggings, I couldn't wait to purchase the Myosauna Lux to complete my home recovery sessions. Unfortunately both the product and especially Myomaster customer service have not come close to meeting their previous high standards. I have been 'working' with Myomaster customer service since 11/28/25 to resolve issues with ill fitting sauna door and leaking issue, despite their assurances that they are committed to resolving my issues we're now at 16 weeks and I've heard nothing from 'customer service' since January 30. Issues have been many, the build time and heating time do not meet expectations and website product information is misleading at best. Product build is nearer seven hours, many of the stathes were incorrectly manufactured and had to be cut to fit, screws supplied too short to secure stathes. Roof tiles need to be silicone glued to secure, vent has to be sealed with silicone to prevent leaking. My sauna delivered without being completely varnished so money and time spent varnishing stathes and trims. Sauna interior is unfinished so chose to use yacht varnish to protect sauna floor. Once completed had to spend considerable time using log splitter to split sauna stones to size capable of fitting burner. Heating time is not 15 minutes, expect to wait 45 minutes for the sauna to heat to 80 degrees, the 6KW appears to be too small for the interior space, Harvia Sauna websites volume calculation suggests a sauna oven of 8KW rather than the provided 6KW is required. Once built I advised Myomaster that the sauna door had not been factory tested and did not fit correctly, allowing water to leak in and heat to escape which obviously contributes to the excessive heating time. I believe the sauna is poorly designed allowing significant leaking and pooling onto the internal floor, water collects in the external trim ledge below the front door and finds it's way along the grooves into the sauna. Currently using rolled up towels to try and soak up the water before it pools internally but obviously concerned about the unseen water damage taking place. I've asked for Myomaster on January 30 to send out a tradesman or one of their installation team to fix the sauna doors but am yet to receive a response, I've losing faith with their product or technical team to produce written response to my other concerns given my issues were originally raised in November 2025.
