I couldn’t get my Red Light to connect…
I couldn’t get my Red Light to connect to any of the outlets that I tried to get battery on my Red Light Therapy. I had used it about 5 times and couldn’t imagine what the problem was. Carlos, was my support who said he would send a new connector. I felt relieved that i had someone to fix my problem.

Happy I have tried this product

So read about Red lite via Oralux. Decided to give it a try, so far looks like it's helping my gums, and has tightened up my teeth. I have less pain and less bleeding. Best of all they look better.

It took me three or four uses before…
It took me three or four uses before the mouthpiece felt natural. I’m comfortable with it now and the ten minute shutoff works every time so I’m sticking with it.

I initially had some concerns and wanted to cancel order however they reached out to assure me that I would have option for full refund after 90 days. Then it seemed to take longer to mail they again reached out to explain time frame All communication from them was really complete and helpful and reassuring that I should just TRY it and I felt sure if I really didn't they would absolutely follow through on refund, I got it and I'm happily using
