The payment website and payment phone line don't work. Also, being finded £100 when I already paid for parking, and they refused my appeal. Trying to pay the £60 as I don't want to pay £100, but not even able to do that, as the payment service doesn't work!

RECEIVED A £100 FINE EVEN THOUGH I WAS DISPLAYING A PARKING EXEMPTION PERMIT. DECIDED TO PAY THE REDUCED £60 FINE BUT THEIR USELESS WEBSITE WON'T ACCEPT PAYMENT, NO CONTACT NUMBER TO REACH ANYONE. USELESS COMPANY! LITERALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I visited a car park in Manchester, the pay machines (both) were not working. I wasted 28 minutes trying to ring to pay without success. (I have the call logged on my phone)
Thinking I would be late for my hospital appointment, I then left and found another car park.
I then got £100 fine! I did not have the opportunity to pay the lower amount as I had move house in the meantime.
Myparkingchage is just a money making machine with no come back, as there was nowhere on their website to appeal!
I feel very peeved about paying this, but I have no choice.

This company is a scam and authority need to look into scheme and scamming the public.

not only does it not let you appeal anywhere, the payment portal didnt work the first 7 times and just kept saying declined, but the phone number to call is flagged as a scam, and i dont feel like putting my card details in over the phone to an ai voice, i got a ticket for being in a carpark for too long but they lied about the time i was there and dont let me appeal. LITERAL SCAMMERS

Unable to make contact despite numerous attempts.

I want to appeal my parking fine but can’t see where or any information on complaints at all even on websites . I stayed at a hotel with me severely disabled son and parked in disabled bay using his badge that had fallen down and not showing properly and in less than 24hrs with my ticket valid from 17:36 on the 26th nov to 17:36 on 27 th nov they give me two parking tickets

I used Ring Go parking app. It only allowed me to pay up until 8pm. There was no other option available. Excel issued a fine for leaving after 8pm. Ring Go would not enter into the dispute. Excel wont budge. Will use neither again.

Absolutely ridiculous company. Signage is tiny and unclear- two car parks right next to each other with a payment machine in the middle in Barnet hospital. I parked on one side, thinking the two car parks were linked. Apparently one side of the car park was for staff which was on the tiniest piece of writing at the top of a tall sign. This was not clear at all I could barely see it. Then when I try to pay the fine the website doesn’t work and the phone line doesn’t work. Call the customer service number and they can’t help me because it’s the weekend. I think they do this to make sure the price goes up. Absolute joke of a company

SCAMMED on £100!!! Utterly outrageous parking fine at an ICELAND car park where free parking for many many years. Suddenly EXCEL PARKING SERVICES (Accredited IPC Operator) takes over on the quiet, puts up a very small signage (NOT AT THE CAR PARK ENTRANCE!) to rope oblivious drivers into their easy scam. Daytime robbery. I'm furious and broke.

The signage completely confused me. I stopped for 5 seconds to reverse back onto the main road. Was shocked to receive a £100 fine. Did appeal but of course it was refused. Even if you appeal the appeal they threaten you with further charges. So no choice but to pay up. Daylight robbery

Complete surprise to receive a parking fine today - I did park in Iceland but there were no signs in the car park with prices/times so I assumed it was a free car park for Iceland customers. Not happy.

Such a dirty business these people are in. Stopped for less than 30 seconds confused by signage everywhere, fined and appeal routinely refused. The so called independent appeal regulators funded by the industry and equally biased. This company and the contractors who give them business have the morals of an alley cat. The whole sector warrants a government enquiry to bring to heal the thieves involved

Absolute robbery from this company. I stopped in Bristol Airport to ask a company employee where the Silver parking area was as it was not on any of the signs. Stopped for less than a minute whilst she helped me and I didn’t get out of the car. Received a£100 penalty notice which I appealed but my appeal was rejected. Their excuse was that there were lots of signs warning of the charge, but what was I meant to do other than drive round and round looking for a non existent sign? I won’t be using this airport if there is an alternative available.

Received two fines for stopping for 1 minute and 40 seconds at Bristol Airport whilst asking for directions. Be aware that the airport signage is not clear and if you stop to read it, you’re likely to be fined for stopping. I appealed and was told that it was an unreasonable amount of time and the appeal was rejected. The cctv photos were time stamped. The first fine was for exactly 1 minute, the second fine commenced on the first second of the second minute. I was stationary the entire 100 seconds. This company is an absolute disgrace and should be ashamed of their conduct. I will never use a car park managed by this company again.

Parked in Broomhill Car Park. Used the Ringo app to pay. Received a fine of £100. I had inadvertently paid for the hire care we had the week before, and not my own new car. The make, model, and first 4 characters on the number plate were the same, so easy to see this was an admin mistake not a deliberate avoidance. Provided them the receipt for the payment I did make and explained the genuine mistake.
Explained this to MPC, and appealed. They rejected the appeal saying there were signs up requiring a valid ticket.
They kept my parking payment (which will be showing on the records as unmatched cash), and fined me £100.
If I appeal to the overarching body (no doubt funded by the owners of private car park), they can still reject my appeal and then apply additional fees on top.
I have paid the fine as I have neither the time nor patience to argue with Richard Turpin.
It is not possible to have both paid for parking, and not paid for it. Logic dictates this.
Broomhill Car Park is not Schrodinger's Box...
UPDATE: Tried to pay online 3 times - twice the card was accepted by payment failed, third time the payment went through and then the payment was returned to my bank by MPC. Only way to pay was to call their automated line. Wanted to charge me 10p for the privilege of a text message confirming payment. Absolute banditry!

This parking management company is a group of looters,
I received a parking notice in southend airport because someone who was wearing airport staff green colour hi wiz give me a signal to stop and ask me for a jump starter as his car battery was dead, i just told him that i don't have jump statt and then moved on again , everything is recorded in CCtv footage but they still refuse my appeal and send me £100 penalty notice
