After I paid it said it would be delivered on said date. Then before said date got moved again 3 weeks later it turned up. I went to chemist warehouse & brought the product i was waiting for. Haven't even opened there product!

The shipping was a lot longer than expected, took nearly a month to arrive and when it did my perfume had leaked throughout the original box, I only lost maybe 8% of the bottle but thought it may have been packaged a little bit more carefully than popped into a box with no padding. It arrived though and they stayed in contact which I am grateful for.

Advertising as a NZ website, yet it took a very long time to arrive because it needed to be sourced from overseas

I bought some older fragrances for my wife Este Lauder Cinnabar being one that comes to mind. Website was easy to navigate and received the package at a competitive price within a week or so . Well packaged. The scent reminded us of our courting days however the scent was not as heady as we remembered. On checking on Google it was mentioned that older fragrances are not as strong as international laws prevent earlier ingredients. Still smells good but have to use three times as much and replenish during the day. The original would stay all day. Overall a good experience.

Slight wait for my order but happy with the product. Have ordered a number of products and always happy with products received.

There was a bit of a wait for the order to be posted but it was within the delivery timeframe stated when I ordered and once it was posted arrived next day, no issues

First there was a delay in my order. After sending a few emails, I finally received my order. When I opened the box, the perfume was not the one I had ordered. On top of that they kept lying that it was the right perfume.

Wonderful experience, I found a perfume that I wanted and couldn’t get in stores. Really happy with my purchase.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. After a month delay on my order i purchased elsewhere as they started saying my order was a "preorder" item, which was never stated when purchasing and i would've found it elsewhere if i was aware. I asked for a refund and had to fight for 2 weeks back and forth and turn down multiple bribes for store credit + 10% and sob stories about their small business. After threatening to formally complain to commerce commission they promptly refunded me. Very unprofessional business and after reading other reviews its clear their shipping times are grossly misleading. Save yourself the headache and buy anywhere but here.
