My Perfume Shop New Zealand 

Aubrey was great at amending one of my orders that was taking awhile to arrive. Clarifying that the item i wanted was out of stock and unable to get for awhile so they gave me alternatives and it arrived within a week

I put my order at 1/September and as of now it is 16/ September and it shown arriving at 16 /September and never arrived.I sent more than couple of email to follow up and response was nonsense automatic reply by AI. I am very disappointed.
I will never buy it again due to lack of communication for shipping and taking longer time for shipping

Misleading advertising and claims to be NZ based, significantly delayed partial shipment, poor and overpriced 'substitute' sample provided without consultation as replacement for unavailable item, inadequate customer support .... This was one of the worst and most disappointing online shopping experiences I have ever had. Contrary to website claims this is not a NZ based business (this is clear from the timing of emails received from customer support - "the Chief Happiness Officer" - and the tone of English used). Once orderd (and paid for) the company attempts to source product from overseas which subsequently proves to be not available. This customer is certainly not happy and will never purchase from this company again.

Not impressed, the confirmation email stated will be shipped from our Auckland warehouse (I live in NZ). When I enquired about my order taking so long I got a standard reply that didn't answer my Auckland shipping but just mentioned the product comes from Asia (see their reply below). Now I have to block them because they keep bombarding my mail box with reminders to place feedback, well here it is.

I received my perfume after quite a wait as you are NZ based.
For refrence I bought a dishwaher online and it arrived 3 days later.
I aws wondering when my package wpuld arrive but very pleased with my perfume.
In future I will maybe order a lot earlier.
Have compliments on my perfume and was a great price.Thank you.

It was super easy to just buy a perfume and get it shipped. It's good cause it was exactly what i was looking for and plus cheaper :0

Super easy website and great delivery

I love the variety and prices of perfumes. The only downfall would be the very slow processing once I made the order/to it arriving at my home.
But overall great experience

I was thrilled to buy genuine Perfume and EDT made in France. Not so wellknown Perfume houses that are not available in the retail scene where I live. Even though I hadnt tryed them. I like both of my purchases. Particularly the Lalique.

⚠️ BE CAREFUL!!! They are scammers!!!

I placed an order that did not arrive by the promised date. I notified them well in advance that I would no longer be in New Zealand at a time when they hadn’t even dispatched the order yet because they were already running late. Despite being informed in advance, they did absolutely NOTHING to help.

When I requested a refund, they insisted that it could only be refunded to the same card used for the original payment. I then had to contact the delivery company myself to explain that I no longer live in New Zealand and could not receive the package there.

Absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable customer service. They do not follow any proper procedures to assist consumers and take no responsibility for their own delays or mistakes.

A complete joke. Be very careful and think twice before buying from this company!!!

I will definitely buy from this company again. Great customer service, Aubrey helped me and kept me updated with my order. Very happy with my perfume was 2 days late but based on the savings versus other retailers I dont mind.
The packaging made sure my perfume was safe, and wrapped with care.

I am pleased with the honest service this company gives. There was a delay in receiving the product due to external circumstances which was communicated to me in due course. The fragrance has arrived today. It has been worth the wait.

Ordered 11th July still waiting for my order. Originally told that they were struggling to get flights here now been told they're a small company and had a large number of orders so struggling to get supply. They state on their website that they ship from their Auckland Warehouse but they do not. This shouldn't be allowed

Recently made an order but the item was unavailable due to stock shortage and one of their customer service representatives, Nicole, was extremely accommodating and had a sense of agency when trying to find an exchange for me.
