Easy to order

I ordered from My Perfume Shop because of the price-point: my favourite perfume was significantly cheaper than elsewhere, so worth the wait for it to be delivered. The perfume is genuine, and was well packaged.

Ordered a perfume late April with a supposed delivery date about 10 days later. Automated emails only saying a delay and then never heard again until I started following up. They offered another perfume at 10% off which I wasn't interested in. I ending up waiting 4 months and went in and checked my order and it had a courier tracking number attached showing it had been delivered. The photo was not of my address. The courier company confirmed it was not my name or address for that package. Many more emails to MyPerfumeShop until I finally got a partial refund which excluded the $9.99 shipping. I can't be bothered to deal with them anymore to argue about the courier costs they never incurred. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered my product on 24th July, receiving a confirmation email with "We're preparing it now". I thought I would receive it within a week. No such luck. After three weeks I chased up my order, then an email came through with "your order has been shipped". Received it three days later. Aubrey was brilliant with communication after my query. Will definitely purchase again.

Amazing!! So fast with the delivery!

It took me from 19 June to 20 August, after querying the whereabouts of my perfume order, to finally get an outcome. My perfume had been delayed and one had arrived but the other had not.
The outcome was that I was sent the one that had anrrived, and got a credit plus 10% for the other one, which I was happy with.
Emails to and from Nicole were great and were answered quickly when I sent them.
The only criticism I have is that I wasn’t automatically informed of the delays, but that could be a system problem rather than a staff issue, as Nicole was professional, answered my queries quickly, and found a solution that I was happy with.

Im still waiting for order but that is my choice as I have waited almost 20years to find the perfume I've ordered, I have had to contact them every so often just to make sure they are still there, I do get a reply back very quickly from Aubrey who has been very patient with me n very keen to help me. I was offered a refund but I have declined it so far. Thanks heaps Aubrey

Great price and perfume is just as described.

Had a delay with my order and no communications from the company. Contacted them after 3 weeks and Nicole helped so much. She swapped out my order and ensured it was delivered in a couple of days. Clear communication and easy to speak to.

Quick and easy

First of all, good price is most attractive. The variety of perfumes is also satisfied. If you could bear at least 3 weeks for waiting the perfumes to arrive, the shop is good for you.

I had an issue with my order because the perfume I purchased was unfortunately unavailable, and there was some back and forth regarding alternatives and store credit before I ultimately requested a refund.

However, I want to give credit where it’s due. Nicole was always kind, polite and responsive in her communication with me. Once my refund was passed to the finance team and processed, the money arrived back in my bank account quite quickly.

Although my purchase didn’t work out this time, I appreciate that the situation was ultimately resolved and that Nicole continued communicating with me throughout the process.

My order was very delayed which was not great. However I cannot fault the customer service I received. Aubrey in particular was so helpful and kept in regular communication to let me know what was going on. The perfume is great, I got it this week and they did their on a freebie for me. Thanks.
