My Perfume Shop is the epitome of genuine customer service, and the fighting heart of small business determination.

Due to the ongoing conflict in the UAE region where they source many of their perfumes, there were on going delays. Once informed of the situation the customer care and correspondence from Nicole, and a letter from the chief perfume officer Matt left me completely reassured. My perfume arrived incredibly fast once in the country at the best price available nation wide.

Because of ongoing conflict in the middle east shipping slowed in the region. The most important thing however was the priority of staff and worker safety. Any business that still tries to deliver goods and services during conflict is a champion. Any business that delivers stellar customer service (especially small business with small business resources) while also ensuring the health and safety of their staff is a business that deserves to grow.

No matter what we as consumers buy, the lives of the people who provide us with their goods and services will always be where the true value lies. Any business that keeps it's humanity and care in trying times is a business worth supporting. Aubrey provided great customer service. Despite a three-month wait, Aubrey answered emails quickly and offered helpful updates and options. Their clear communication eased my fears about online scams and gave me peace of mind that my order was on the way.

They don't hold the fragrances in stock and then blame global shipping delays for why your order hasn't been received. Have requested a refund more than five times but they only respond with a copy/paste 'order has been delayed' reply.

A sham. All the promises but no goods. No refunds. No comms. Dont go anywhere near them.

Personally found them great, cheaper prices and delivery was earlier than said. No issues.

**Avoid – completely unacceptable experience**

I ordered on 30 April with delivery expected 11–18 May. I was then told the perfume was **landing in Auckland**, then that it had **arrived at their warehouse and was being unpacked**, and even received notification that it had **shipped**.

Days later, I was told they **couldn't source it and it had been unavailable from suppliers for weeks**.

Those statements simply cannot all be true.

The perfume was for an important occasion, which was ruined, and I had to buy a replacement. Despite repeatedly requesting a refund, I was continually offered swaps, store credit and asked to wait yet another week.

Delays happen. What is unacceptable is giving customers contradictory information about goods they've paid for and then making them fight to get their money back.

**I completely lost trust in this company and would never purchase from them again.**

Warning!!! Do not buy from this online shop! They are a shame to online trading. I decided to use their promotion: buy 2, receive 3 samples. As a result, after many emails about delays and excuses about the Iran war, I received only 1. The other 2 (including the free sample) were cancelled by them without consulting me. Don't be fooled by their promotions!
When I requested a refund, I was offered store credit, which I declined. Then they promised me a refund, which I still haven't received a month later.
Obviously, this is how they operate, delivering part of what you have ordered and stealing the rest of the money from their customers.

3 weeks later no product, they claimed it had shipped until I said I will be escilating to a charge back and they were not concerned as it had never shipped despite their faux tracking.

dismissive of requests, they make their money on orders that never arrive and are forgoten about by the customer.

Terrible. No delivery of product, fobbed off when asking for a refund multiple times and then ghosted.
Disputed purchase.

So disappointed!! BAIT ADVERTISING. I ordered a perfume for a gift. They claim next day dispatch. FALSE! I sent a email asking where it was along with a sample perfume. They did not state anywhere that the perfume was low in stock. I asked where my order was and a refund as the time for gift was past. I was offered a store credit and a 20% discount. No thank you!! They ignored my request for refund after order was LATE yet again being sent. I did not receive the sample as they had none. Very shoddy service. Now they are ignoring my request for a refund on the sample perfume. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS OUTFIT!!

Ordering to arrival. It arrived and was packaged well. Perfume nice gift. The scented cream is too pungent and gives me a headache.

This is my second time using My Perfume Shop and again I've been really happy with product, service and price. My order was slow to ship so I sent an email asking why and the excellent Aubrey got in touch straight away AND got my order on its way ASAP - awesome service!

Have been waiting since January, then told delay was due to war they then offered a replacement in May, ordered what was indicated as available on the website, but still nothing. Have asked for a refund but now no response from vendor. Stay away.

Had a couple problems about my original order being unavailable, but the worker Aubrey was able to give me a larger sized fragrance of my choice and gave me a discount on top with no extra pay, so in total a decent experience👍

Avoid at all costs!! They made me wait ONE MONTH before I received my order, and they forced me to swap an unavailable product for a product they had in stock. I received 4 items while I paid for 5, they gave me a pathetic credit. Do yourself a favor and avoid a BIG headache - AVOID!!
