After the traumatic loss of my beloved cat Floyd, I was devastated and unsure how I would cope with the days ahead. Within hours of his passing, he was collected with such care, compassion, and professionalism that it immediately gave me some comfort during an incredibly difficult time.

Just seven days later, Floyd was returned home to me in a beautiful vessel for his ashes. The entire process, from start to finish, was handled with such dignity, kindness, and respect. Every interaction reassured me that Floyd was being cared for as lovingly as I would have cared for him myself.

Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but the exceptional service I received made a truly painful experience a little easier to bear. I am deeply grateful for the compassion shown to both Floyd and me, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone facing the loss of a beloved pet.

My pet farewell were wonderful and compassionate in collecting and cremating our beloved Golden retriever Moki. Aged 14, he passed suddenly at home on 30 May 2026. Despite being the weekend, we were reassured that he was taken on the same day. His ashes and keepsake will remind us of his good times with us.

We had some trouble with another provider and My Pet Farewell came to the rescue within hours, so if you are deliberating between providers, please choose this company!

Lucy who I spoke to first was a great point of contact very helpful and respectful . We were kept informed of what was happening and we had our buddy back after just a week .He was also given back in a nice box and there were some lovely touches like the card/certificate and packaging box.

We had an emergency situation and we needed assistance and My Pet Farewell were helpful and supportive every step of the way. All the staff were caring and compassionate, Particularly Lucy who was brilliant, Alessandro and Richard.

Malcolm was able to send someone to collect my dog on a Saturday in fairly short order which I greatly appreciate despite weekends being quite busy. Richard arrived and he was very sweet but also I loved the Moses basket to take my dog out of the building into the car. That is a nice though I would never have thought of.

Whole process was incredibly efficient. Both the guy who came out and the person on the phone were very respectful.

We found ourselves in need of a mobile vet to help put our aging doggy to sleep as he went downhill fast following a short illness. Mypetfarewell received lots of very positive recommendations on our local facebook page and so we gave them a call.

All of the people we dealt with were kind, considerate of our circumstances and provided updates throughout the evening, with the vet arriving some 3 hours after the call (just after midnight). We selected the cremation option and as he was a large dog, a separate vehicle was needed. This arrived before the vet (unbeknownst to us at the time), but we were grateful for this due to the lateness of the hour and the difficult last few hours he had. Whilst the price tag was high (which was essentially for an on-demand service), being able to provide our dog with a comfortable and peaceful end was worth every penny. Milo is back with us now following his cremation.

Helped us navigate a very difficult decision and time losing our beautiful dog, Charlie. Alessandro was the vet who assisted with Charlie’s passing and his kindness and compassion also helped us.

Hi I organised for mums dog to get collected and I've got no issues at all even came back with the ashes in a personal engraved casket super impressed i would highly recommend them that's why they get a easy 5 stars from me .

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience for anyone going through the heartbreaking process of finding the right company to help say goodbye to a beloved pet. My Pet Farewell were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Our 18-year-old dog, Gizmo, had lymphoma and suddenly took a turn for the worse. I was too upset to speak on the phone, so I contacted My Pet Farewell via WhatsApp. They were incredibly understanding, never pressured me, and reassured me that they would be there whenever I was ready.

The following day, we made the difficult decision, and everything was arranged through WhatsApp, which I was so grateful for at such an emotional time. My Pet Farewell organised for a lovely vet to come to our home. Although it was an awful experience to go through, the vet showed so much kindness, empathy, and compassion. She explained everything clearly, gave us all the time we needed, and treated Gizmo with such care and dignity. She even gave us a clipping of his fur in a beautiful paw-print pouch.

Afterwards, we were able to spend a few more hours with Gizmo before the collection team arrived. A lovely gentleman came with a sweet Moses basket to carry him, which felt so thoughtful and respectful.

The whole experience was incredibly traumatic, but My Pet Farewell made it just that little bit easier through their compassion, empathy, and constant communication throughout the process. Just over a week later, Gizmo was returned home to us along with a beautiful paw print and fur clippings, which meant so much to us.

I just want to sincerely thank everyone at My Pet Farewell for being so kind and supportive during one of the hardest times of our lives. I’m so glad we chose them, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone facing these difficult decisions.

What can I say, well tonight we had to have our nearly 15 years old pug put to sleep.
The vet came, such a pleasant guy, name I didn’t get but he was Italian and was so sweet and kind and gentle with our pug, he took his time and made my pug completely calm and at ease, giving treats to her and my other dog. He was amazing and then after an hour or so the aftercare team came to collect her for her cremation. He also was a kind, considerate guy who asked us if we have had enough time with her. The whole thing was sad but mypetfarewell was an excellent service and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to go through this with there pets.

Every step of the way My Pet Farewell was compassionate, caring, and patient. I didn't realise just how much a kind word and a caring service would mean when it came to something as vulnerable and important as the loss of a pet.

I called quite late around 4-5pm and Lucy picked up the phone. Was super friendly and arranged last minute pick up of my mothers cat, while all other services i tried to reach out stated that they do not have time that day. Collection was around 9pm and super fast. The ashes were received by RM signed for. Could not be happier with their service.

This is by fare the best send off for my little marmite my beloved dog and vest friend , I was kept updated all the way through, got him back in time frame , and just went out there was to get him back , thank u very much for all Ur help
