Trying to arrange a return and refund but ZERO customer service. No response to numerous emails and no telephone or postal address. AVOID.

in 6 month stop working , to buy battery SR 1130 impossible , nobody sells need to wait 2-3 month for delivery , no service from tabcat !!!!! no chat no phone number

i bought maybe 6 tabcat over 8 eyars, and there were better before now since teh ew tabcat after 1 month they break, they dont locate nothing except if the animal is at 8 meters away, not 100, not 120 meters but 8 meters, they chnaged it and after one month it was the same and the they ignored me, dont buy this kind of consumable product in plasytcic, you ruin earth and you ruined yourself . do nto trust tabcat, its defectuous all the time, it start rininging weird, is not good at all you ve been warned. really seriously,

Found marmite under a shallow foundation not visible to the eye. She was a kitten and must have been the victim of a predictor I would have never returned with her if tabcat wasn’t fitted it was a life saver and was only 2 days in use

Had the tabcat for around 8months. 4 cats on one remote has been great. Signal range is only about 40m, but works for around the house/yard.
Issue is tabcat doesn't always work on one of my tags. Sometimes theres no signal & cat is right next to it. Have tried replacing battery, wasn't easy to get to the replacement battery & now my tabcat remote doesnt seem to turn on at all.
Will be sending it back to UK under warranty, very annoyed as they want you to send back all trackers & remote to test & i will be out of a locator for months so no way to track them when i'm on Christmas holidays.
I think i will be looking at a tractive gps instead because i can get it locally & seems more reliable.

Love how light it is and when we press he comes running home every time

I think this product is much easier to use and detect my cats than the GPS trackers.
Used it twice to see where they are, great to know which direction they are in.

Had these a while now, bought when the cats were babies and I love them. One of the cats recently left the garden for the first time and was gone and with the tab cat we were able to locate her under someone's shed, would have never found her without it. Just peace of mind that we can find our babies. The only downside is that one of the cats is quite small and no matter what collar we have tried it slides round and under her neck which looks a bit uncomfortable but to be fair it doesn't seem to bother her. Plus I'd love some silicone cases in some girly colours.

Very precise location of pet within a good range indoor/outdoor.

Great little gadget. Our cat went missing recently and it took us four hours to find her. If we'd had a mytabcat we'd have found her within minutes. Now she wears it all the time went she is outside.

You're selling a "new version" that looks like the old Loc8tor, but that's fine 'cause the round tag was in fact a worse form factor, making it incompatible with the two handhelds I already had. So now I've gotta buy the new handheld and another two unnecessary tags. And yes, you specified they were incompatible, but we all know they COULD have made to be compatible, and you said that way below on the FAQ page. Your intent is clear, and it isn't a good way to keep your costumers. So... you asked.

Easy to use, comfortable and sturdy.

This really says it all: I have tested other products and they either require disassembling the gizmo every few days and keep it off the pet for some time to recharge (plus, they're NEVER charged when you need them), or they're heavy and uncomfortable for the cat (which proceeds to remove the whole collar), or they break easily.

I had one of these for my previous cat, when the company still called it "loc8or". Very, very happy to see the product still going strong.

This is the best tracker. If we go camping out of the service area we need not worry about it not working. It is so easy to use the tracker handset. I really love the oblong shape of the homing tags; they fit perfectly on the collar. They sent my order the next day and it came very fast. I did have to pay $50 extra for customs coming from the UK to Canada, but even then it was still worth it. As I bought the set of 4 tags.

Very quick delivery

Quick delivery to Canada. Two transmitters makes it easy to set up for two cats. Fits perfect on breakaway collar. Not big or heavy.
Hard to find them in our thick forest but with Tabcat we know where to look. Have used everyday since purchased and won't let them out without it.

They were quick and efficient at answering my questions.
