I am still awaiting delivery of two waterproof covers that I ordered 23rd December 2023. I have emailed the company three times, I have only got one response to say they were dispatched 2nd January 2024. It’s now 16th January and no sign of them arriving! I know Royal Mail is snail Mail but this is ridiculous. I am now taking the matter up with PayPal. I totally agree with the other one star comments on here that report very poor customer service. Pathetic in fact. Avoid.

Update February 14th 2024 The delivery never did arrive, thankfully I paid through PayPal who issued me with a full refund.

The delivery took way longer than stated. However the product is awesome, so still positive overall.

Disappointed with the new tab at as my cat has lost her collar with it on and I’ve scoured the neighbourhood to no avail. She never goes very far and I always located either her or her collar with the old version but this version does seem to be inferior. The remote lights up then dims again giving me no indication of where her collar might be. I didn’t find it as responsive as the old version when I first got it and tried it out so it’s definitely not as good I don’t think.

we have 4 cats this device has saved hours of time in finding the cats.i would think its range is 500 ft max,but it will transmit through solid brick house walls . a very worthwhile puchase

the tabcat tags are very small and the batteries seem to last a very long time

J’ai commandé un produit que j’ai annulé quelques heures plus tard, car mon premier Tabcat s’est remis à fonctionner. Mon annulation n’a pas été reçue, le nouveau produit m’a été livré et j’ai du le retourner. On m’a finalement remboursé grâce a l’intervention de PayPal, mais ça m’a coûté $125 CAN environ pour dédouaner le produit et le retourner en UK avec signature sur réception.
J’adore le Tabcat, je l’utilise depuis 8-9 ans et je lui reste fidèle. Je le recommande à tout le monde qui veut avoir un appareil efficace pour retrouver son animal. Mais la prochaine fois, je ferai affaire avec Amazon pour éviter un tel imbroglio en cas de problème.

I'm in Canada and the items arrived surprisingly fast.

The product is good if you need it for indoor pets, not enough range with the device for outdoor cats unless they are 2.5cm away from the hand-held device.

I have asked for a refund on the items as I do not have need for them, at first they were nice about sending the items back as the rubber cover is also damaged in a place my cat could not reach. I downloaded the returns for and used the address on it to send it back a week ago and got it sent back to me. I was informed in a very blunt way that the address I used was an old one and that the address is put in bold and red in order to inform me that this is the address I should have used. I asked if I could be reimbursed for the £8.15 I spent sending it to the wrong address and was told only no and that it was my fault that I didn't use their new address.

So now I'm wasting £16.30 to send it back after paying for delivery, being disappointed by the product and being rudely spoken to by their customer service team.

Genuinely the perfect device for small pets because of how lightweight they are. It works well and the instructions makes sense - very user friendly. Easy order process and quick delivery.
Would be 5 stars except that the silicone 'tabcase' rubbed all the fur off my cats neck. I didn't spot it straight away (because the rest of her fur and the collar covered a lot of it) but when I noticed, I realised it was getting worse very quickly - probably it was catching more the less fur there was. The skin was getting dry and sore looking from being rubbed against so much, and was clearly irritating her as she started scratching the area with more frequency than usual.
I've had to remove the silicone case and attach the tracker to the collar via the small hole on the device itself which feels a LOT less secure. I'll eventually get around to making my own version of one so as to not risk it getting lost or dipped directly into water, but disappointed I have to do so to keep my cat comfortable.
This would be enough to knock it down to at least 3 stars, but felt that would be unfair because of how ideal the rest of the design/weight/battery life/range is.
Would be very interested in a lightweight hardshell plastic tabcase if one were offered!

Les boîtiers ont une portées vraiment très limité, bien plus que je l'imaginais.
Et ne sont vraiment pas résistants. Mon chat à perdu son collier 2 nuits, ça a suffit à ce que le boîtier ne marche pas juste avec l'humidité, alors qu'il était dans la pochette imperméable. Ça faisait 1 mois qu'on l'avait acheté, ça fait cher du mois d'utilisation !

It works brilliantly! Both cats can be found easily. I really appreciate this product. Set up was easy, it's all intuitive and it came quickly. There are no negatives at all, it's great!

My little one lost his collar with the tag on it, got out the locator and it just worked!! Found his collar (and tracker) 50 meters away behind another row of houses. V impressed - simple, unobtrusive design that just works when you need it.

I hope never to have to use them but the tab cat gives price of mind. Recently one of our cats came back without his collar, I went outside and found it attached to a stick in a bush in my neighbours garden. The safety release collar worked as did the cat tab which allowed me to find it.
