I contacted MyTaxDoc on a Monday was told by Zumbair that he would call me back at some point after he confirmed a few things with a colleague. By close of business on Wednesday still no phone call. Went somewhere else and had an appt. that same afternoon and now all taken care of. Dependability not one of his greatest assets!
