I found this brand from my best friend who buys regularly from them. She uses it mainly to support her daily routine of antioxidants and vitamins, but honestly I started it because of the pretty color of their Latte. But now I am hooked, I use it for cake, and even made amazing bread.

One of the best Ube I tried, and that is including my trip to Philippines. It's understandable since this company is local. I bought from them locally and I am ordering online as well. Kudos to Aria!

My ube jam should I say. I made first a latte with it, it was so good that I use it every morning. But I made Ube cookies, omg, my kids are so in love with that flavor and color! Added benefit: Antioxidants and vitamins :)
PS: They don't always have stock available, so I order 3 pouch at a time.

I tried this Ube brand. I believe it's new, they don't have lot of followers, but from what I found out, they work directly with small family owned farm in Philippines. Anyways, their Ube taste so good, I really love it and wanted to share :)
Oh and btw, the customer service... Amazing!

My favorite morning latte! The shipping was fast. Aria was very helpful. She is the owner and you can communicate directly with her. I love doing business with small businesses.

My first time with this brand , I am pleased. I bough their Ube and also their Shilajit Coffee. I have been using it for a week. I love it. (I tried other brands but I will stick with this one). I love the fact they use local farmers.

I received my Ube last week from them. I have been using it for 1 week. It doesn't just taste good, but I can already feel the effect of antioxidants and Vitamin A on my body. I usually take vitamin A and C suppliments because I get sick with cold easily, for last week my only suppliment source is Ube and so far so good :) I bought 3 pouches. I would say 1 pouch should make about 30 Latte.

I usually don't leave reviews, but for this one I make an exception, and the reason is not just the product. But the owner "Aria" who is a star. She explained to me how they source their product from the start and followed with me until I received my order. Thank you so much. It's rare to see such dedication. I will order again and again!

This is the second brand of Ube I tried and I will not change it. Not only for the taste, but also because of the owner, Aria. She answered all my questions from the start and even helped me out with my recipe after I received the product.
This is not a 2 days shipping like Amazon, it took me 5 days to receive my product but it's totally worth it.

I have so much respect for this business. I first followed their social media and saw they really work with farmers in Philippines. So I decided to try their Ube. I am sold and they have me as a customer for a very long time. PS: I had a question, and I was surprised to get a reply from the business owner. It's a small family owned business.

I was hesitant
I wasn't sure about all the hype about this product, but pleasantly surprised.
I am located in Austria, it took 5 days to deliver. It was well packaged, product seemed fresh. I used it for morning latte for about a week now and I love the taste, it has a vanilla and hazelnut after taste and really remind me my experience in Philippines. I already ordered again.

Shipping was quick! I love the company and the owners are fantastic! I love making a hot ube latte with milk and then frothing some cream with the Ube and sweetener as a topping. I use it in my matcha lattes and it makes them so beautiful and healthy if you use it as a topping in your cold foam. Ube is slightly sweet on its own but some people might like sweetener added. Sometimes I add sweetener, sometimes I don't. Fantastic product and company!

Items took a little while but understandable since products are freshly harvested. Well packaged and great tasting. Customer service was there when needed. Will order again in the future.

The shipping was fast and when I placed my order I wanted to change the quantity. I reached out and they were fast in responding and very accommodating.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Ube Bae.

My order was marked as “delivered” according to the tracking, but I never received the item. I immediately contacted their support team, and they said they would look into it. After following up, they informed me they would send a replacement.

However, when I asked for a tracking number for the new shipment, I never received one. I sent another follow-up email more than a week ago and still haven’t gotten any response.

I order online frequently, and this is the first time I’ve ever had an item marked as delivered that I never actually received. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. I hope they improve their customer service and response time in the future. And hoping to get a refund for this!

I never very rarely leave a review, however, this needed to be said and give credit. I don't understand the bad reviews, because I feel we talk about a complete different company.

I agree the delivery took a long time (2 weeks in my case). However this was clearly explained in the about us page. I had purchased Ube from 3 different companies, and it's never a real Ube, most of the time it's sweet purple potatoe, or colorant. The owner of Ube Bae deals directly with farmers in Philippines and they only process and package the product when they receive an order to keep it as fresh as possible, and that is what takes long in shipping process.

I don't mind waiting a little to make sure I get the real product and receive it fresh instead of ordering a package that is sitting on the shelf ready to be shipped from an Amazon warehouse.

Aria the owner answered my email within few minutes when I had some questions about the product. That is the advantage of dealing with a small business, and they got me as a customer for life!

A month to deliver. The taste was so bland. No flavour . Gave me stomach pains.. They actually have NO comments on their profile . Which made me question why
