I’ve tried to reach out as many times and I never received my package it was sent back to Vpro and I spent over $100 and haven’t been able to get my package redelivered or anything or get in touch with anyone to get my money back or anything it’s really upsetting!

I ordered two disposable vapes that arrived to me defective. I spent $60.00. The juice from the vape was all on the outside. Both vapes was the same way. I have tried several times to contact customer service by phone and email. To no avail. I recommend no one order anything from this company.

I placed an order yesterday, wanted to make a change or cancel and reorder what i wanted but no response by phone or email. Next step is i contact my bank and reverse the charge. Looks like this company has done a 50% off sale just to scam customers and they are closed and runnning off with the money.

Update: I did recieve my order yesterday. Still never received any communication from the company at all but the order arrived by ups. Guess in the end all the matters is recieved my order and everything was in it.

Well I placed an order over a week ago and they already took the money out of the account. I've contacted them through email and voicemail over 7 times now with no response. I completely understand needing extra processing time due to high volumes and store closing,but I'm disgusted with not getting any response. Tried to track with Shop and it hasn't moved,still says processing. Real quick to take the money,but not deliver the products. By the lack of response makes me feel like I was taken for a ride and have no idea if I'll see my order.

It is sad to VPro going out of business. They have always had an amazing selection of products, great prices, and excellent service.

I placed my order on December 17th, today is January 3rd and my stuff is not going to be here until January 5th. I sent NUMEROUS emails asking for information and updates with no responses. I will NEVER order from here again and now see why this place is going out of business!

I am really sad that this company has to close but throughout the years I bought so many things that it should last me a pretty good long time the only aspect is Vape juice which I'm stocking up. V-pro thank you for the wonderful years you guys never let me down

My experiences have always been outstanding and without any issues. This site was always there when I needed supplies or a spare mod or atomizer and the experience has been professional and all concerns answered. I was very sorry to hear the site/store was closing, not sure where I will get my future supplies or gear. I will always be grateful to all the individuals at MyVPro.
