Fastest shipping great customer service
I reached out to customer service because I was weary of all the bad reviews and they answered immediately and got my package out same day as ordered. Everything as described. I got the best deal on nicotine pouch tins you will find anywhere. And my order wasn’t easy. I ordered ten different flavors multiple of each. Still same day it went out. I was shocked it arrived so fast. I also was gonna add a bottle of bams canoli to my order but I opted to instead get one locally and the customer service was excellent ready to add items in a timely manner if needed. I think the reason these reviews are bombed is because they use a third party software for receiving payment so the reviews can’t be verified users. So someone who doesn’t like the company likely review bombed this place.

This is not the first time I have had to give this company a 1 star review, but it is certainly the last. Please do not trust this company, do not waste your money. The products only work maybe HALF the time. I’ve had some that won’t charge at all or power back on after a single charge, some that are sold as containing nicotine that turn out to be nicotine free, which is not pleasant when you’ve already been without it for days and are expecting this to help your withdrawals. They’ve spontaneously and with no warning changed shipping policies and rules that they should have had in place BEFORE getting sued for not having these policies. And the shipping protection? That is a flat out scam. Just a way for them to bleed an extra couple Pennie’s from you. Even if you paid shipping protection, your package gets lost, or the products don’t work? Sorry, you’re out of luck. They will not replace or refund you.
No responses when vapes don't work!
2 vapes wouldn't charge when i received them. Put in a request to exchange them and its been well over a month with no responses from the company!!! Don't buy from this company. you'll gwt faulty vapes and zero customer service. they dont respond to emails and vm box is full, prob from angry customers

Took three weeks to receive part of my order and a month for them to even get a label for the other part of the order and they didn’t even have the correct item kept giving me bs excuses I highly recommend not going with this company you have to threaten to cancel you’re order for them to even answer you stay clear of these people!!!

I've placed several orders with MyVPro, all of which were correct, until this last one (received 10 days ago).
No big deal, it happens, but I've sent 3 emails & still no resolution. I've received only one response & it was after my second email; they apologized & said a manager would contact me inside 2 days. I've heard nothing, prompting my 3rd email & crickets. I only ordered this time due to a new flavor 'Blackberry B-BURST' but received ''Blackberry B-POP.' I've tried this flavor before & it hurts my throat, so I sent an email last Sunday advising them of the mis-labled flavor and requested a replacement. I offered to return the B-pop, still unopened of course.
I believe in fairness so I'm more than happy to update my review, only once the issue has been resolved. The order was est. $75 for only 2 vapes, just to find out it was mis-labled. A week ago a replacement would've sufficed, but now I'm requesting a full refund for the time it's taken to send emails, file a dispute with Sezzle & now write this review; all in an effort to have one vape replaced. After spending $100's here in just 5 orders.
Not as good as they used to be.
Have been purchasing for awhile now and lately, customer service is horrible. They don't like to answer you back. The stock is always low and vapes are faulty and no one cares.
Honest and can be a bit slow but im far so in general they did a great job
Well at first i had problems with my card but i figured a way to make it work and after that smooth sailaing i received so far 2 out of 5 and everytime its exactly the right thing so good job

Nasty expired vape juice…
I bought 2 bottles of juice one bottle dated 4/1/25 says that's the manufacturer date & is good up to 2 yrs. So I go home check the second bottle I bought from them & it's dated 4/12/22. Both bottles are dark in color but the one I bought from up town is light & says best 8/5/25

Terrible company
Have been ordering from this website for about 8 years without any problems until my last order. USPS lost the package and I reached out to the company for help not thinking it would be a problem since I also paid for shipping insurance. Asked for another order or refund due to not receiving the product. Offered a contact number for our package delivery number as well as proof that it wasn’t delivered. Was blown off with zero help and told to file a claim with usps. Shouldn’t you try to do anything from your end considering I paid for the additional insurance. I paid for everything and it shouldn’t be on your customers to take care of everything on their end. Absolute garbage
I don't recommend My VPro.
Placed an order for a vape mod & some 21700 batteries. The website accepts my payment & the next day I receive a message stating they're out of stock on the batteries. So they offer to either issue me a refund on the batteries, or I could alternatively order cheaper 18650 batteries, and they'd issue me a refund for the price difference.
Now here's where things go from an unpleasant experience to a bad experience. In this same email, it states that the 18650 batteries are a better match since the 21700 batteries aren't compatible with the vape mod I ordered. Now I'm confused because the vape mod I ordered does in fact support both 21700 batteries & 18650 batteries (using adapter sleeves which are included with the vape mod). So now I'm worried that I ordered the wrong vape mod!
I responded to their email expressing my confusion. Alex Montes (one of their staff members) responds & states the vape mod I ordered does in fact support 21700 batteries.
I advised Alex to forget about the batteries & instead I'd purchase an RTA.
It took Alex close to three hours before he sent me the invoice, so I could pay them the amount owing. That's practically half a business day!
The only reason I did business with them is because they're the only ones who had my vape mod in stock & I wanted this vape mod. But their Customer Service is atrocious! They're very slow to respond to emails & their e-commerce platform (website) never should have allowed me to process that original order, if they were out of stock on the batteries.
It was my first & last order with them. I do not recommend doing business with them. I only gave them two stars, because in the end I got what I wanted (my vape mod & RTA) & shipping was fast.

There was an error in my shipment but vpro did correct by sending two free vapes in my future order. Only complaint now is not being able to redeem the loyalty points like free shipping and discount code for $6 off. Also a few of the vapes stopped working after a week.
Don't expect a refund if your vape is faulty
Ordered a vape from them. The insides were rattling and the sensor seemed faulty, as it didn't recognize my 510 cartridges. I asked if I could return or get a refund with photos and a video. They said no since I opened the box, as mentioned in the policy...How am I supposed to know if the device works if I don't open the box? I'm left with a faulty vape battery and down $25.

I have made several orders from myVpro, before they closed and 2 times since they reopened, they shipped my orders very fast, 1st I got the first Vandy Vape Pulse aoi for $29 and a few months later I ordered the Vandy Vape Pulse 2 aio which is as good an aoi you can get, it has a great rbt and is water and shoch proof ip67 rating

Never received package customer service is useless. Shipping insurance is just a gimmick to get an extra buck cuz they have done nothing to help me.
